Check your receipts, they'll charge you a different price at the register than what's marked on the shelves. They won't give you a receipt unless you ask for it and that's how they get you for extra charge. Overcharged 0.10 cents, might not be much but still adds up if they do that to every customer.

On august 28,2023 at 10:50 | Cashiers were very rude and being very mean towards a disabled blind lady who just wanted to use the restroom, it made the whole store uncomfortable and even after everyone vouched for the woman they still discriminated towards her and multiple customers left because of this interaction. The workers should reevaluate their moral compass and try to have more compassionate. it’s was very distasteful and disheartening to see and view. Specifically the person in this photo should really think about the actions displayed today..

Express Fuel #10,,, The most rudest, disrespectful people working there, even the cashiers at the Subway are rude. They aren't just having a bad day, they are ALWAYS rude. They act like you are bothering them when you ask questions, they roll their eyes and talk about you behind the glass. I use this station because it's on the way to where I go to work. No one wants to change their whole route because of rude people, I just really want someone to get these people out of there. We already have to deal with beggars hanging there, which are more polite then the workers. Please someone get the morning people, Hispanic lady with glasses and short guy who works with her every morning. They are just there for the check.

The cashier Bizwan was very rude. I got a cup of ice and before leaving got a refill and made me pay for the second refill. Never coming back here again.

Let me Express how much I like this gas station and restaurant and convenience store complex located down by Sugar Land and Stafford. Some say I'm fuel of myself, but that's another story. So it's located on Southwest Freeway, and this complex comes complete with a Subway and a convenience store and a chicken shop that seems to be closed down now, but was open not that long ago because I used to go there, and of course the gas pumps were pretty much a lifesaver during the awful winter storm, because they were open when a lot of other places weren't. So well done to them for that and for making sandwiches in the storm, although they did stop doing so at about 12, and of course then when they ran out of water. But I'm very grateful to them and that's why I give them a good rating.
