Worse service and experience the first day of the delivery they came out to my house without notifying me by phone or email which pushback a delivery for two more days. Then they come out to my house put together my bed and all the parts was not there leaving my bed uncompleted Which pushback delivery date for two more days they come out still with the wrong part that pushed my delivery date two days cannot reach anyone and upper management until like a week later. No one could never let me know when they were going to come back out to put up my bed , couldn’t get my money back. They don’t do refunds which was not told a specified when purchasing the furniture almost 2 weeks for them to come to put up my bed. I would never go back there again. I would never refer anybody there. I will refer anyone to gallery furniture you get your furniture the same day at gallery furniture no customer service at all at exclusive furniture. No one reached back out to me to see. Did they come back out to complete the process? They didn’t take the time to make me the first priority when they did get the piece. I will never go back there again.

I stopped by Hilton furniture and all of their prices aren’t doubled, but TRIPLED. They followed me around like a used car salesman and would not let me look around in peace. I ended up at Exclusive Furniture and the salesmen treated me amazing. Ivan and Noe are the best! Their prices were 3 times cheaper than Hilton’s and better quality! I didn’t leave feeling like my pockets were emptied for their gain. I found my forever furniture store.

2 years ago I still bought a bedroom and they didn't give me a pillow. They are liars. When they want to sell, they do everything and then act stupid. My bed is a disaster and has a 5-year warranty and now they say they can't do anything. You liars. It is not worth buying more furniture there, poor quality and liars.

I purchased furniture 2 years ago and went with the extended warranty. The store was amazing the day of purchasing and helpful when I had issue with the furniture. The warranty they have has been soooooo amazing and easy to work with. I will go again know my furniture is actually covered unlike other stores that say it is but barely covers anything.

Dealt with a very rude manager named ADAM after I was sold a default headboard and still decided to purchase more items afterwards. Paid cash for everything the first thing he said is I can call cooperate instead of trying to help me. Very RUDE never BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER

We walked in and were helped by an associate named Esteban. We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to the best laptop for what we needed. He was knowledgeable and efficient. We purchased it and were on our way in a short amount of time. Appreciate his help and service.

My husband and I came into the store just to look. The first person that came up to us was Blake Richards, he was smiles, and welcomed us to the store. Offered us some wine , which was very good. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a few things, and then took us to the dining room table set that we fell in love with. Blake was very patient, knowledgeable, and worked within are budget. We had a great experience and will come back in the future… Thank you Blake for making this experience fun and no stress
