We bought over $30k of furniture here about a year ago. After a year, the furniture quality is OK - no better or worse than most places - the same veneer over particle board everyone else has (desk, shelves, dresser). The mattress has been awesome, admittedly. But here's the thing - avoid the useless warranty crap. They pitch it hard, telling you it will repair or replace your furniture no matter what happens to it. I call BS. We got a tear on our couch within a month of purchase, file a claim, waited for response, filed again, were told we then filed to late, appealed with evidence of first timely claim and won, and have been 'waiting on parts' for over a year. If anyone from Exclusive Furniture wants to reach out to me, feel free - my info is on file - David Cribbs.

I use this furniture store almost exclusively but I've had some bad experiences that have left me feeling less than satisfied! Be careful with the warranty because not much of anything is really covered and you will be at their mercy! When I initially submitted my complaint about my supposed leather sofa and loveseat it was still under warranty but they would never respond, totally ignored me! So it's only because I actually went to corporate and ran into Sam the owner that something (albeit a less than desirous resolution) was done! I got a store credit of $800 for a $3000 purchase! You think with all the money made at this company I could have at least gotten half the value! This just shows me that the customer does not really matter! The sofa and loveseat were still new as I'm the only person living in my residence and it was literally never sat on!!! The brown leather just turned red in many areas! I called the junk pickup to get this mess out of my home! I bought a new gray leather sofa and loveseat from a different company and have spoken with the furniture designer to ensure that my sofa is covered for all defects!! Be careful with Exclusive Furniture! I will never buy a sofa from them! I'm more upset with how I was treated than anything! If I treated my patients the way that I was treated I would be fired and reported! Exclusive Furniture you owe me an apology!!

I went to my new go to furniture store (Exclusive Furniture where low prices live!!!) Moses Cruz was super duper informative and very helpful in helping me select my new sofa sectional. He also made great suggestions on other furniture items and gave several options for financing. The best part was that I did not feel pressured or forced to say yes to anything that I did not like or want. Moses was patient with me and helped me to get exactly what I needed. EVERYONE was welcoming and friendly! Thank you Moses and Exclusive Furniture

All I had purchased was a nightstand. Every nightstand the guy came back at was damaged. Why keep damaged furniture on the shelves. Trash and boxes all around the facility

Raquel, was amazing. She was super helpful with our visit at exclusive furniture. We were treatedbvery well and were even given drinks. I recommend getting her when you visit at exclusive, you wont be disappointed.

Edna was my sales representative, she was amazing , she worked with all our needs and had great patience and customer service . She did not push or rush us into buying any products. She took her time and was a great communicator. I really recommend you ask for her when going in to this location.

Dont believe the website times, site says warehouse opens at 7:30am, I got there at 8:30am and was told they don't open for customers until 11am. If this is the case why not adjust the website to reflect the correct times of operation so as to not confuse customers. They did however accommodate me but I wouldn't count on that as the norm.

I recommend Michael at the Webster location. He is very knowledgeable. We have always been treated very well at any exclusive furniture location. The Webster store is beautiful and as always the prices are very competitive with other furniture stores.
