Even though Excel Automotive has changed ownership, they have retained much of the original staff, including the excellent and knowledgeable Martha at the front desk. They continue to provide honest excellent service at a fair market price.

My auto incident was self-inflicted: although startled by a cat, can’t blame it on the ?. I was therefore very traumatized and couldn’t deal with the repairs needed. My son found Excel and handled most of the assessment, evaluation, negotiation… with their excellent and responsive assistance. Throughout it was headache-free and pain-free, car was done beautifully with little extras thrown in for free for best outcome. I believe there couldn’t have been a better experience elsewhere!
