When I started with this daycare unfortunately it was one week to school spring break, I have 18m old twins and 7y/o who is elementary school and needs pick up from school, they said they charge your card every two weeks which I have no problem with. The first annoying thing they did was to charge two full weeks for pick up, but only picked up the child at school three days out of 10days(because school was on spring break which means school was closed.) I know the owner will claim the policy says no refund for days my daughter is not in school and not when school closed for 6 days, obviously that’s on school and not the parent. This means, this daycare will continue to charge your card even if the school is on 3months summer break which makes no sense. I will put cereal and formula for my 18m old babies, they never feed them cereal in the morning they only give them lunch and snacks I pack for them, when I asked, they told me the have time table for feeding toddlers, I just told myself thats it! I withdrew my twins and left my 7 y/o. Let me not talk about how a boy that was picked up at school was touching my daughter on her bum, the boy won’t stop and when my daughter called the drivers attention to it, she didn’t do anything about it. I reported to the owner of the school and the separated them from seating together. I was not comfortable because I will be at work and will be scared of what’s going on the the daycare bus. For me, the driver is too non-challant, what if it was something more terrible ?! Over all for me, I am not pleased because all these happened in less than 3months, glad school is over and my kids are out of here.

My baby has been going to this daycare since she was 3 months old. She’s now 8 months I remember feeling so much anxiety at first. But thankfully Ms. Miranda and the rest of the staff assured me that she would be just fine. No they don’t offer the live cameras like some daycares but they do have a text messaging system that you can text at any time. They updated me numerous times throughout the day with pictures of my child, updating me on her feedings, and different milestones. She’s even learning Spanish! We live way in Baytown and I still choose to bring my child to this daycare, I promise you they are the best in the area.Ms. Martinez and Ms. Genesis has taken very good care of my baby! And I’m so thankful for everything the whole staff does! Everyone is truly amazing. ❤️Thank you everlasting family!

It has been 3 weeks since my daughter started to go here. So far I could not be happier with the facilities and the staff. It really makes me feel at peace when I drop my daughter off and they welcome her by name. Def recommend this place.

My son has nci and the owner lacks knowledge and had to apologize about her not having knowledge. The owner has been disrespectful to my sons father and stepmother. She’s unprofessional and has poor customer services, but her staff however are amazing, but the owner insults and Harass with messages because she wants you to do her job for her. God bless Nci beware of this center.

The digital clocks are not really clocks. They are viewing screen for the teachers to see a camera pointed at the parking lot. Why do the teachers need to be warned when parents are coming? And why not give parents access to the cameras? I witnessed it myself when I went to pick up my child once. Also, What daycare doesn't feed your kid? And has lovely cameras only accesed by the daycare? Other places are so much more parent friendly. I'm MUCH more happier where I'm at. My child is happier and I can tell just by being able to check on her.

The facility and staff are nice but it lacks structure. My child was bitten several times and the owner would always say, “It’s a phase there is nothing we can do about it other then monitor the kids and ice it” I think that if I’m paying you my child should not be getting bit. Once or twice is somewhat understandable? but four times is excessive at one time the bites happened week after week. My child is at another daycare and has not been bitten once. They also ask you to sell candy and popcorn I guess to keep the cost down, which still increased the following year. They don’t allow the staff to heat up your child’s lunch or refrigerate it, I’m sure none of the staff members or owner eat their food cold.

My son loves coming here and is always happy to see his teachers . The teachers and staff are all so caring and keep me updated on his daily activities including what he had to eat and pictures of artwork, crafts and playtime. I would recommend Everlasting Learning to any parent looking for a safe , teaching and friendly daycare .

Been sending our child for almost a year; only a couple of things we had issues with (giving us the wrong items or forgetting labeled items; remedy this by sending a checklist of the items sent so each staff member knows when/if shift changes). Care for our child has surpassed the cost we pay and truly grateful! Many thanks to all who partake to make this happen

I absolutely love the staff here! My son learned so much in just one year (4 years old) at Everlasting Learning Pre-K class. It was also very affordable, compared to other daycares. I would absolutely put my baby there when he turns 4 as well. My mom watches him right now, but I really want him to be prepared for Kindergarten when he starts grade school.

My son has been attending this daycare since he was six weeks old. He is always well taken care of. The infants room is always clean. The ladies who take care of my son are always very happy to see him . My son smiles when we pull up to the daycare.

This place is clean, safe, and extremely accommodating to my needs. The rates are reasonable, the class sizes are appropriate for the number of staff. In more than one occasion Everlasting Learning was able to help me in an emergency. If you are near the area I recommend this place.

First, I want to let it be known that I have a 15 year old who went to daycare from the time he was 1 to 12 years old. So I am very well aware that there are things that are simply out of your control. I am not unrealistic, however when you are paying for a service that coincides with the care of your child, there are certain expectations that should not be overlooked. I would not recommend this place to any for any age group they have. My son was here for year and was in their 4 year old class room. The facility itself is nice & they put on a good show when you tour the facility. Everything is new. They have a library, a very nice cafeteria and the classrooms look like legitimate school classrooms. The director herself will tell you over and over again that she's been in education for 18 years, but her business practices show differently. There were things in the beginning I was willing to overlook for the sake of not having to change my son’s routine. For instance, they don't provide food. They offer to provide food for your child for an additional $70 WKLY charge. When I looked at what he was being given, it was literally sandwiches and lunchables. If you send your child with their own food, they will not refrigerate nor provide a microwave to heat food. I was going to enroll my youngest there when he was still drinking a bottle and I was told his milk had to be kept in a thermos because they would not refrigerate his milk. I thought this was very bizarre. After a month I realized that I never knew who my son’s teacher was. It was always a different teacher. I didn’t bother me at first until about 6 months in when I realized I only knew 3 people who worked there (2 were “administrators” and the other person was the director). On one occasion, I was about to exit the building after dropping off my son. As I was about to walk out, I hear him running after me to hug me. No one came after him. I walked him back to the cafeteria and not a single person had realized that he had ran out. I was furious and when I walked him in, I told one the of teachers that my son had made it to the front door of the building. All she said was “oh, sorry”. When I discussed the incident with the director, she gave a sob story in hopes of gaining sympathy for her being understaffed. She wanted to know what teacher was in the cafeteria (so to shift blame). When it comes to the safety and care of my children, subpar child supervision for any reason is not acceptable. I actually ran into a few of the employees (all at different times) that were at one time my son’s teacher and asked why they had left. All 3 gave me the same reason for leaving. They told me, the director would often combine classrooms leading to an illegal and unsafe child to staff ratio. This lead to frustrated staff members, which resulted in them leaving. I was also told by 2 of his former teachers that there is no set schedule for the kids and, there is no organization. Their Christmas program very much showed just how unorganized they are. Again, I was willing to overlook all these things until fundraising for this facility became mandatory. When I approached the director about not wanting to participate, she told me $150 would automatically be applied to my son’s tuition for 2 boxes of chocolate regardless. When I firmly expressed my dissatisfaction with the policy, she stated that if I didn't like it, we were more than welcome to withdraw our son. I went ahead and withdrew my child and the director tried to backtrack with she was trying to do whatever she could to keep her facility running because she was not making money. As if that was supposed to make it all better and if that was any of my concern. Teachers do not last here for a reason. And with such a high turnover rate, it's impossible for them to become familiar with the children. I would never recommend this place to anyone one.
