Great service. Brought my honda in because the alignment was off and my breaks were squeaking. They fixed my alignment and replaced my pads and rotors all in the same day for a good price. will be coming back for all my other car troubles in the future.

I got my alignment done here and it left my car perfect. Also fixed a camber issue that was the cause of my car pulling and wearing out my tires. Now everything works great.

Anna is the best she helped through the whole process. She was honest about everything from parts cost to service time length. If you are in Houston go to them it is worth it.

This company is offering misleading advertising with prices well below the market, but when you get to the place you realize that all this is a fraud because they increase the initial value from $39 to more than $300 and claim damage to the cars. that do not exist and sometimes they force you to leave the car at the establishment and they do not even inspect it, but they do charge you the highest rate than anywhere else. I advise you to never take your cars to this place because they will rob you, take money from your pocket and you won't realize it. Take care of your car and your money by not visiting this place

If you have the opportunity to go to this workshop, miss it, the lady who runs it is a dishonest person, we went to this workshop and asked if they worked with our dealer's warranty and they said yes, we explained to them that the car was losing its power. screen and we suspected that there was a short, that 15 days ago we had to change the battery and our trusted mechanic told us that the starter was also failing.
Immediately afterwards we were asked to leave the car, we tried to communicate several times during the day and they did not answer the phone, we called from another cell phone and they said that they had not checked it yet, that they were going to check it at night if it got dark soon.
The next day we called early in the morning and they did not answer us, we went to the workshop at almost 10 am and it was closed and our car was parked outside, a man who worked next door made a call and someone showed up to open the workshop, the lady asked him to the mechanic who had inspected our car and we heard the mechanic say NO, even so the lady said it was 150 dollars for the inspection (which they did not do) she said that she did not detect any faults and that we had to pay 150 dollars, she never specified that she was going to charge that price and from the day before we told her that we wanted our car back, because what we were interested in was knowing if there was a shortage, the lady was going to keep our vehicle and when we said that we would call the police she said that the police were not going to teach him how to run his business.
I simply had to say the revision is not covered by the dealer, it is 150 dollars, should we proceed or not? But because of such poor communication, lack of clarity and vividness, this business sucks.

Had a problem with my car not starting, took it to multiple shops that couldn't figure out the problem. When I took it to European Automotivr Center, they figured out the problem in 2 days and quoted me much less then any of the other shops. Car has been running perfect since then. They will definitely have my business for years to come.

I was highly recommended to this shop by a co worker . My husband's Mercedes Suv was wearing out the tires every few months ,and we couldn't understand what was going! However We visited the shop because the car was loosing power. A mechanic had already looked at the car and was going to charge my husband more than this shop.We are glad we made the decision to fix it at this place . We felt comfortable when we found out they been in business for over 40 years. The price was very affordable for a European car, we drooped off the Mercedes for a few days . while they were working on the car we found out they also work on all other cars and they do laser Alignments also, my husband was very impressed with their Alignment machine . so we decided to fix our Toyota sienna at the same time.The Sienna had a very bad noise . I was so glad they found the noise. The Mercedes had an Alignment and what they called Camber problem and that's why it kept messing up the tires .We were So happy to find a complete shop to fix all these problems. Not only that but we were So happy we finally knew what was going on with the tires problem!!We finally stop contanly spending money on tires.Mary LegrossServices: Wheel alignment

I recently moved to the Galleria area from California.Moved here for the affordable living and a bigger space for the kids.was driving in the area when I decided to stop by a local bakery, I asked the people there if there was a good auto shop in the area , two people said the best shop in the area is European Automotive so I decided to take my car to this shop. We put brand new tires on our way to Texas by the time we got to Houston the tires had worn out we freaked out and took it to a shop near the house they said nothing was wrong with the car just needed tires and sold us 4 tires again. but it didn't make sense to us how the tires had worn out so Quickly! I explained this to the lady at European auto they checked it and said it was an alignment and camber problem.We decided to get it fixed before it would worn out the tires again. That was the end of the problem the tires we bought look good! The steering wheel is straight and no more problems with the tires and it stopped pulling.We're SO happy!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I live in Dallas and started having problems with my car when I was working in Houston. I am picky where I get my car serviced and found this company that works on Mercedes-Benz. Anna was awesome. She work with me the entire time my car was in the shop, kept me posted all the time, and made this a flawless easy process for me while getting my car serviced. They have all my future business and I recommend them to everyone. Even though I live in Dallas when I need service on my car I'll be taking it to them they're worth the 400 mile drive

I can't say enough good things about how the European Automotive Center works! It was one of the best mechanic experiences I have ever had in my 10 years. They were nice, honest, and fast. Will surely come again.!!

The Price is very reasonable and they are fully professional in their work. I was facing some wheel Balancing problem in my car. I have given a little bit of idea about my problem and they resolved all the maintenance quickly… Would definitely recommend it!
