TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU DROP IT OFF HERE
My car was damaged by some one at this property and no accountability was taken for it.
As if things cannot happen at any instant, they tried to assure me that it was absolutely impossible that my car could have been damaged while with them, considering the short amount of time my car was on their property. Well my car was on their property for an entire business day and some of the next business day.
Where there's smoke there's fire. There a multiple negative reviews regarding the professionalism, honesty and integrity of this Eurocar-Werk place.
They damaged my car, they lie, they're not any more professional than a Jiffy Lube or Discount Tire. I have received superb customer service from Jiffy Lube and Discount Tire which Eurocar-Werk was unable to match.
Had new TPMS sensors installed, rolled off with the TPMS still illuminated assuming it would turn off after driving for a few minutes. The light never went off.
Drove my vehicle with the illuminated TPMS for nearly a year because I was upset that they didn't bother to program the sensors or do whatever needed to be done. Especially when the bill was over $3000.00.
Took my car back to have the sensors programmed, was told my car would be ready same day. The entire day went by with no call. Next business day, I decided to call them myself to see if my car was ready and it was.
Unlike Discount Tire or Jiffy Lube, who would have notified me of delays and called when my car was ready, Eurocar-Werk did neither.
Save your money and the headache. Your car is not better off here. They are not high end car "pros". Go anywhere else for far better service.

Jose was so incredibly helpful. The shop is booked about two weeks out (always a good sign!) and I’m on a tight schedule. He took at least 15 minutes out of his day helping me troubleshoot my issue over the phone. If I’m not able to get the car going, I know where I’m taking it for sure!

After a nightmare experience with Koby Motors, I stumbled upon Eurocar-Werk, and boy, am I glad I did! Elisa and the shop foreman instantly put me at ease, assuring me that my Porsche Macan was in safe hands. I had been devastated when the previous mechanic told me I needed a new engine, but Eurocar's team proved that diagnosis wrong.
Their precision in examining my car was impressive. Instead of a new engine, they discovered a few oil leaks and calibrated my turbo. It was a relief to find a team that didn't jump to extreme solutions. Elisa and the crew went above and beyond, even helping me prepare and plan for future maintenance.
