Adriana his daughter I am not sure if she knows how to do estimates or her dad Ernesto is just trying to over charge to ripped off people. But I went two times the first estimate was a reasonable price, second estimate it went from a 680 estimate to 1300. I compared both estimates and the second one she put 10 hours of paint labor and paint supplies that is insane. I took it to the Nissan dealer and was cheaper than them how is that even possible that's crazy!!! Please look at your estimates and charges don't get ripped off. And she's so rude, never replied back to my email when I questioned her why two completely different estimates no response. Please stay away if you don't want to get ripped off.

I give Ernesto’s Body Shop a 5/5, a 10 if there was such a rating because they do an excellent job and have the best customer service everytime. I have had the benefit of their outstanding services twice already.Owner/Mechanic Ernesto, daughter Adriana who is the office manager, and their mechanic/workers go over and beyond expectations. They have recently repaired my damaged Honda Civic 2012 and made it look new again! Adriana helped me so much with the insurance issues, communicating and following up with the concerned company. I can’t thank them enough! Really appreciate all they did and I highly recommend this shop.❤️❤️????

Highly recommended.. In only one they he fix my car and looks like a new one. Very satisfied, if I’ll have problems again I’ll come to him. In my opinion he is the best.

My family has been trusting our cars to Ernesto even before he had his own shop.Ernesto does an amazing job with such great attention to detail. He is very meticulous and can basically fix anything.His daughter does all the information gathering and communication. She’s friendly, honest, prompt in replies, and understands the ins and outs of insurance claims.My dad and cousin use Ernesto’s as well. We could pick from a variety of closer body shops, but this family run business is definitely worth the drive.Services: Painting

I took my car to Ernesto’s for body repair for my 2015 Lincoln MKZ after getting into accident. I must say from start to finish it was my best experience with any mechanic or body shop. First, the communication of what was happening, when it was happening, and what needed to be done in the future gave me great peace of mind. This was large in part due to Adriana who was great to work with and talk to throughout the whole process. Second, they were fast and efficient. I was worried about the Lincoln parts taking a while to come in but Adriana worked to find all the parts fast and the shop wasted no time. Whole process took about 9 days after I dropped my car off. Lastly, I appreciated that they also checked my battery and let me know that it needed replacing soon. Not just focusing on what insurance was covering. Honestly, a place I recommend to all my family and friends 100%.Services: Battery

I highly recommend Ernesto’s body shop , my car was almost totaled , both front and back on the right side were terribly damaged . I have a 22 civic sport and it was brand new when I wrecked it . They gave me my car back and it looked like it had never been in an accident . They even went out of there way to get parts faster since some of them weren’t available right away . I was also contacted with updates constantly . Adriana made the process so painless , I will continue to use them and refer them to anyone I know who needs this service . Ernesto’s Body Shop is an outstanding paint and body repair shop. I dropped off my 2001 Tacoma for body repair and paint , windshield and headlights replacements, weatherstripping on all doors needed replacements. This project came out beautifully. I fell in love with my truck again. The office manager, Adriana, is outstanding. She communicated every step of the way things that needed to be done with this project. My truck was completed in two months as discussed prior to commitment. My expectation was met. I trust Ernesto and his company to work on my future car projects in the near future.Services: Painting

Ernesto's Body Shop is my go to place for my multiple cars body repairs. Even my adult kids. Ernesto is kind, soft spoken, and honest business man. He takes care of all his clients very well. He is also very professional in dealing with his customers' needs. He offers excellent paint job on your precious automobiles. Even his daughter Adrianna who acts as his office manager is one the nicest person that I've ever met! She's very accommodating and will work with you from start to finish. What a awesome place to do some professional body work. I have dealt with multiple places and most places are fine. But Ernesto's Body Shop is run by a family and definitely gives that vibe as well. Down to earth pricing, high quality work. Will not do cheap work that would come back and stand by their word. I recommend this place. A little hard to find in the strip of all the auto service places, but worth the effort.
