I can confidently recommend this agency...I have already sent several packages and they all arrive in very good condition and super fast, 7 to 10 days...the customer service is excellent and super friendly...it has been a blessing to have met them and I left my package in their hands because they are very professional in their work....thanks to the entire rapicarga express work team.

I will give my humble opinion. My experience on October 24, 2022 I read because I don't like to talk about my personal experience anymore. I contacted them on Saturday night, they answered me because I was looking for the company that would give me what I was looking for. I spoke in the morning with the owner who treated me a little in a hurry to answer my questions, it is the 1st time that I send things to Cuba through an agency. He gave me the address when I arrived, he was in a hurry because he had to carry packages, I understand that, but what is my fault? Customers are there to be served, not to be treated in a hurry. Then I brought almost 4 pounds that, since I had brought 4 pounds, which is from 10 and 12 dollars, I live an hour and a half from the place. That he was going to do me a favor and charge me 5 pounds for 4 and I said no so he would give me a packet of coffee which I said no because it is a gift from a 1 year old girl. I went to the store and bought medicines when I came back he had already left with his packages a very nice girl took care of me and when I go to pay what if the package after paying 12 pesos a pound was 26 more than if because of the insurance conclusion I had to pay 86 dollars because I live very far from the place. Conclusion Let's hope that after Page so much money for 5 pounds arrives quickly and all that I send and a little something to work with the public, no one can be stressed because we as clients are not to blame and make the prices of the services very clear, it is my opinion, thank you, perdinal wish luck
