The staff the is location has now is phenomenal customer service is just exceptional! Prior times I'd gone I wasn't very pleased this time around it's been great !

The absolute worse enterprise location.. let me tell you.. first they gave me the run around for a compact car they never had nor the other locations they sent me to. Then the manager called me stating they had a non-compact car, but there’s no additional charge. It will be as if it’s the same compact car my insurance arranged. The manager left on lunch and there was a young Hispanic kid. He told me he got the car the manager was talking about and he told me it will be $50 dollars charge. I explained to him like I did his manager we are not paying for anything my insurance covered. You all told me you had a car that would be replaced as a compact car. To make a long story short the manager pulled that slick stunt and I was charged $50 for a Nissan Altima that was under a quarter tank of gas… my father and I mentioned there was a small crack in the windshield by the driver side. The kid said he will note it, it was also raining cats and dogs so I didn’t know actually know how big the crack was(which was not big). But of course as soon as “return day” came can you take a wild guess of what the horrendous and morally corrupt company Enterprise did to me? State that there were never any notes, lied and stated I was the first person to drive the car since it just got out of the shop.. just horrible..so we pretty much filled up their gas tank for the next customer, let them false charge my insurance for a claim we did not do, and they took a $50 tip for their troubles. If any insurance company ever tells me they have a enterprise cars for a rental, I’m leaving that company or entity that have any affiliation with “CrookedPrise Rentals”

Adrian took such good care of me. When I went in I wanted a truck and despite not having it at the moment, Adrian put me in something really nice! He went above and beyond to then find me a truck and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my service. I have been to other branches and Adrian really showed me superior customer service. He was knowledgeable of all the services provided by enterprise, exhibited professionalism and provided an overall excellent service. Thanks, Adrian and thanks, Enterprise! I will always bring my business here.

Help me get through the holidays during my truck repairs. It took 2 weeks to get my vehicle back and they helped me out as much as possible. Customer service is excellent and this is the only location I will rent from. Definitely five-star service

Took a Toyota Camry back to get some weed smell out of the car on a Saturday. It's a 3 hour shift. The man that had to clean it complains about it. I didn't ask for the previous people who rented that vehicle to smoke weed in the car. I didn't ask to have to drag my butt out of bed to get it cleaned after doing a 20 hour shift on 2 hours of sleep. Shoutout to Kamora. Great employee. Should get promoted asap

Your better going to another Enterprise this one is ghetto the people that work here are very rude, the cars they give you are dirty like they dont clean them. Best luck going somewhere else.

Phenomenal customer service. I had a truck from this location (Houston Almeda) for 1-1/2 months while my truck was repaired from an accident and they were nothing but pleasant to deal with from start to finish.

We thought they closed at 6, so we got their around 5:40 to pick the scheduled car rental. The customer service is excellent , and the manager Justin willing to help us after hours since he knows we need the car. I would recommend this rental location.

I had a reservation made through my insurance company, when I went in the little guy at the front desk was very nice but couldn’t seem to do much without the manager. He helped me and asked me to have a seat while he found the car then proceeded to help another guy regarding his toll tags which took a good bit of time then the manager took a call. I waited about 30 minutes on the vehicle then the vehicle was so disgusting. The back seat is full of stains and there is dog hair- it should not be a vehicle that gets rented out. This is the worst enterprise experience I have ever had!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!I booked a reservation with State Farm late Dec.I show up mid January to pick up rental & enterprise at Sterling McCall doesn’t have any record of it - they said go to Bay Area - I show up to Bay Area and they don’t have any SUVS so I would have to wait until they got a return or go to Scarsdale and pick a rental. During this time each location kept calling MIKE - Scarsdale gave me a suv with a cracked windshield - I took it back to exchange it. Then they gave me a SUV with the passenger front bumper shifted / messed up.The lady took a picture and note of it so I wouldn’t be at fault!!!!I finally return the vehicle late January in the same condition I got it - ONLY FOR MIKE TO NOT PAY ATTENTION AND CHARGE ME $228 BECAUSE HE DIDNT SEE NOTES THAT THE DAMAGE WASNT MY FAULT.So now all he could do was refund money that he shouldn’t have charged - and I won’t get it back until 2-5days ! WHAT A TOTAL INCONVENIENCE TO MY OTHER BILLS & EVERYTHING ELSE I HAVE GOING ON.Take your own photos & videos anytime renting a car. It’s safe to say they need to do their jobs better and pay more attention to detail when people return vehicles.
