I had purchased a car a few years back and the experience was great, after a total loss I came back to purchase another car, Angela was my sales person and she was really kind informative and attentive. There was a problemWith my old vehicleAnd there was a chance I would have to return the car, I was very frustrated because myJob requires a lot ofTime and to think I’d be without a car for some time was stressful. Ashley Montgomery one of the managers saved my life, she went above and beyond to look for a way to resolve my problem and she did. THANKYOU!!!!!Their vehicles are also in super good shape. This was on the northwest freeway location.

They charged me $15 dollars for a $2 toll, then told me "some other company" was responsible. Reported fraud to the bank and got my money back. I was also told twice I was going to receive rental credit for a miserable rental experience, yet it never appeared in my account. Renting cars is a legitimate business but the employees here behave as though it's a scam. They also asked me to provide a good review so an employee could be promoted! Do not use them or give them your bank card info.

We were unable to pick up our reservation prior to close yesterday. Returned today and they have no cars available. Last night they tried to lock us in the car park after telling us we were 5 min late and they hung up on us.

Jaszmann AND Gilbert were 11/10. I called ahead and asked a bunch of questions, Gil was more than willing to help offer advice and answer my questions. Jaszmann made this process speedy and efficient, made me feel comfortable purchasing a car, and most important to me she was relatable and worked with a sense of urgency.

The staff was very accommodating and answered all my concerns. The car was just what I needed. I will definitely be using the Jones Road @290 location for all my rental needs.

Don't bother going here if you do not have insurance reservation in place. Complete run around. Referred to further location which had to transfer us back to this one due to vehicle availability. Had they listened to the customer in the beginning the runaround town between locations would have been avoided. Also they gave a vehicle with defective tire & had to replace vehicle next day. Two days spent obtaining functional vehicle due to their failure to understand customer need and check vehicles.

I have been using this location for several months now , and Jay and Dustin always have a great attitude. They always have a my trucks ready. Really, appreciate them for making the process seamless.

It is extremely hard to get anyone from this location to answer the phone. My experience with this branch was not the best. They started off by not having my vehicle ready by the appointment time, then when they did get the vehicle in and put aside, another agent rented it out to another person 5 minutes before I walked in the door. The sales rep was very "oh well" about the situation and did nothing to try to apologize. I was then offered a oversized truck that I refused. I was then told they would try to locate another vehicle but it would be a compact car and not the sedan that was reserved. This vehicle size would not work for me so they continued to search. I was contacted an hour later stating they found a vehicle and they upgraded me to a luxury vehicle to make up for the troubles which was greatly appreciated. After picking my car up from the collision center, I was advised to leave the rental their and the company would come and pick it up and send me a receipt via email. I have been calling them for almost 3 hours and no one is answering the phone to let me know they have received the vehicle and I have not gotten a receipt, my deposit back, and I am still on hold. As convenient as this location is to me, I will not use this particular location again.**UPDATE**Their phone lines were accidentally cut and they were not getting calls to their office. I spoke with Ty who ended up reaching out to me and got everything situated quickly. I really appreciate his efforts. For that, I will give them another chance. Thank you Ty! You are awesome.

I have been renting from this location for at least 5 years. Until now, I have had no complaints. Recently, upon returning my rental I was overcharged due to there being a backed up line when I arrived. I waited at least 10 minutes and was later finally asked if I was returning. I had their key with the tag in my hand. The young man said that he would process my return. The problem was that it was processed almost a whole hour later causing an increase in my rate.I made contact with this branch on 4/13/23 to dispute and have this corrected. I was told by the man who answered that the manager would need to make the correction but he was busy at the moment. I asked what time they closed and if I would get a call back the same day. He advised me of the closing time and responded with “hopefully” about the call back.I was never called. I reached out to customer service via their website and was told that my message would be forwarded to the manager to are if they will make the change. I still have not heard back.I have be inconsiderately handled and ignored. Do better Enterprise.

Id give it 0 stars if i could. Sales person was being sneaky making it seem as if i could drop it off after hours and still not be charged for the day which was not true at all. I couldve had more time with the vehicle (since i paid for the extra time) if he would have been honest about me still being charged even though he was going to “back date” the transaction

They definitely need more staff, I arrived at noon for my noon reservation. It is 12:45 and I have not gotten a car yet. Overall staff seems nice though.
