I personally think this location is the best! I’ve only ever had good experiences here and today was no different. Kelechi took great care of us! He covered all of his bases asking us for information that most places just skip right over ACTUALLY walked the car with me and made his own notes! True customer service! Great location.

We arrived shortly before closing time but our Enterprise person didn't try to hurry us and took all our questions with aplomb and volunteered good ideas and help! Made the process very easy for us.

Not a great experience. Had to rent a car due to mine having been stolen. Insurance was great getting it all set up! But the car was very dirty upon arrival and smelled heavily of smoke. They took it to the back and "cleaned" it, but really only used with a plethora of chemicals and didn't even vacuum - again.Then they called me every few days saying insurance was ending, but I had paperwork from insurance saying it was covered for a month.When ready to return I called to ensure I could be taken back home timely, well after 30 min o called an Uber because they were so non responsive.I own 2 dogs but never had them in the car. Due to the few strat doghairs that got in the driver's seat from meting my clothes they said they were charging me for it even though it was overall cleaner when I brought it back than when I rented it!The car ran well, so that was nice al least!I travel 30% for a living and rent a LOT of cars and this place was awful.

I have been going to the Shadowbriar location for 3 years (by choice) because of the excellence customer service I've received and witness. In my personal and professional opinion, Josh (Tiller) has amazing leadership skills and the patience of a saint. Over his tenure at the location, I've witnessed (first hand) his ability (positive tone incorporated with a win-win approach) to de-escolate some of the most negative customers' behaviors. In leading by example, I've also observed the same methods applied with Racheal (Somoye), Kelechi (Ejekam) and basically the entire crew (even those behind the scene making sure the vehicles are clean with tanks filled, ready to go). My organization gives other rental options, I prefer to continue with Enterprise. This transcendent level of on-going excellence deserved formal recognition, and I wanted to say "Thank You" again for the flexibility and great service you continue to provide.

I rented a small SUV through my insurance company after a crash. Everything went super smooth. They even had severAl different vehicles to choose from. Kelechi helped me pick out the vehicle and expla how much it would cost me because it was a little more than my daily allowance. He was awesome to deal with. I will definitely rent from this location again.

Passionately apathetic, incompetent staff. Makes promises over the phone that mean nothing when you arrive, then defend their terrible customer service by framing your frustration as unreasonable. They don't explain anything and expect you to know their internal policies before they tell you about them.The car was filthy when I first got it, has no floor mats and smells like an ashtray at a bowling ally.Overall, a rock solid 1 star experience. Seems very unlikely to improve.

My husband had to have a rental through insurance. He came home with a nice Mazda CX-9 SUV. It smelled heavily of smoke. He told the agent so he doesn't get charged. We are both non smokers. The battery dies. They send someone to charge the battery and tell us to come switch it out. That should be easy peasy. Since my husband was at work and took my car, I had to handle it. I drove the car to the office. There were customers in there having issues. One lady was having the best experience of her life, (I really think she was a friend of an owner or something. Way too chummy with the staff. She was returning a huge luxury SUV all the way from Katy. That's the way I act when buying things from my friends' businesses). We went to look at two SUVs. One had a huge screw in the tire. The next had the check oil light. The agent said he didn't want to risk giving me that and there be a problem. We go through 3 low end Jeep SUVs which were filthy inside. I finally just take the least dirty one. He says he will gas it up and vacuum it. While I'm waiting they give the nice SUV that had the check oil light to someone else. The manager says it just had to be reset. He comes back and I start the Jeep and the check oil light comes on! They quickly reset it. By that time, it's been close to 2 hours. There were customers still waiting that were there before me. I am now angry and drive away in the still dirty car. I put myself on the rental because we don't need the headache of "if something happens" which literally happened to a customer while I was in there. I see on a review when I get home that a spouse was charged for second driver. We didn't want that especially since I wouldn't be driving it at all and only drove it to exchange the vehicle. I called the office I just left. I am on eternal hold, with the hold message boasting "woman owned and clean vehicles"! That was the last straw. Clean vehicles was a bold faced lie! I drive back to the office because it's right outside my subdivision. I asked about being charged as second driver they say no because I am the spouse on the same policy, it credits back. I also asked if we could not be charged for gas since we just filled the tank on the SUV we returned with the dead battery. They said they would credit to us. Well! They charged our insurance for a second driver and charged us for gas. My husband called and they "credited" it all back. We turned in the SUV early because with those charges, before refunded, we hit our allowance and returned the SUV early. When we see the finalized bill with the credits we could have had it longer without hassle. I've rented from another location before through insurance for an extended period, and definitely did not have this horrendous experience. The staff was not rude and was even nice at first. They were obviously overwhelmed working with issues and dirty and possibly not maintained cars at this location.

Clean and positive place to go get a rental car. Josh and Kelechi provided great and professional service. The car was clean, ready on the time of the appointment and had nice cold AC.
