Worse enterprise I’ve ever been to. Employee T. Mark was very rude and had 0 customer service. There was a sign on the back door no entry, the front door was table with caution. I went to the front knocked on glass. Went around to the back, immediately greeted with a smart remark from “T. Mark”. Asking me why would I do that? I explained there is a sign on the back no entrance, and the front is tapped of BUT you’re open. Denies me a rental car “says no more rentals ”. Then I noticed he’s the only one left here and he sits outside the building in his car then comes back to close at 5:30. Very unprofessional.

This was the best rent-a-car experience I've had in Houston after 18 years. Derrick is diligent to greet and manage each person's needs as they walk through the door. He, as well as others, simply went above and beyond to care for customers.

Had an easy and swift experience, called ahead to confirm my full size rental was available and Derrick assured me it was.Even if you have a reservation, I suggest calling as more times than most people extend their rentals.

Greer customer service. I had no problem when I called the location to get information. The staff was eager to help, and it was a smooth transaction when I picked up my rental.

Had a rental reservation for a full size vehicle. Went it at my reservation time and was was not greeted but told to wait while the girl working the front desk finished her personal facetime. The when I was finally asked for my ID and method of payment they went to check for my car. The lot is tiny they should know what they have. Then the supervisor (black guy with beard) tells me they cant help me and wont have a car for me. I ask what am I supposed to do and he tell me I can leave and call the corporate line. So I go to sit down and call and he gets in my face and tells me I can leave. I was shocked to be treated that way. The lack of customer service was appalling. I would stay away from this location at all costs until they completely swap their staff.

I contacted the rental agency on a Thursday to secure a car for Monday. A woman took my reservation, but upon my arrival, there was no record of it, and they weren't expecting me. However, Derek, a gentleman, stepped in and efficiently found me a vehicle. This was a marked improvement from my previous visit when a lady was painfully slow and engaged in unnecessary conversations with customers, causing long delays.When I needed a ride from Enterprise, a lady on the phone initially informed me it would take over an hour. So, I opted for an Uber. Fortunately, Derek was there when I returned the car, ensuring a quick process, including a ride to my destination. It's Derek's exceptional service that makes me consider using this location again.

Missy and Derrick were a terrific team and went the extra mile to make a stressful process as easy as possible. The Ram truck that I rented drove like a champ. Will definitely recommend this location and team to colleagues and business clients. Thank y'all

I only use Enterprise to rent my vehicles for the past 18 years. From Puerto Rico to Houston, Texas I only use Enterprise. My favorite is the downtown location.

I just received the most horrible service from Derrick, the laziest and most incompetent staff I have ever witnessed. He was very rude and care nothing for this business. I wish I can give this location Zero stars or even below zero stars because of him. If you love your business, he shouldn’t be allowed to communicate with customers. I got confirmed for a car a day before (Friday) to be picked up on a Saturday at 11am, I walked over there in the heat, only for him to call me at 11:09am as I have arrived while I’m at the business to tell me, he has no car for me. I asked why he never called all morning to let me know this so I can make other arrangements and he lied to my face and said he has been calling all morning , I never received not one call from this location, I had my phone on all morning . He was busy watching a game when I walked in. Shame on whoever hired him!

Great location near home. The only employee there ( I believe his name was Dan) is very professional. He helped with removing the extra charge when dropping the car there instead of the airport.

Received the most horrible service by the Assistant Mgr Eric. I made a reservation a week in advance. My pickup was for Friday at 2pm. When I called at 1 to verify pickup he starts by saying he was just about to call me to let me know my car might not be available until 3. He said to call him back at 1:45 if he hadn't reached back out. To no surprise I had to call back and after he placed me on hold for 20 min he finally informed me they wouldn't have anycars available for me. He said there was nothing he can do and had no emotion to the poor service being provided. Stated I had to call around to see if any of their other locations had anything available. He said if I had a complaint to Google their corporate office number myself. This is the worst service I have ever had with Enterprise and honestly don't know how individuals like this Asst. Mgr. are placed in a position they are in without having the knowledge and customer serviceskills to assist Enterprise customers. I know rentals are in high demand but that's not an excuse for this type of service.

would have given them 0 stars if possible. I had the absolute worst experience with this location, and will never rent from them again. the "team" there was blatantly rude, even discriminatory towards me. and their competence is questionable at best. they continued rudely messaging me days after I had already returned my rental, as they didn't even know I had returned the car. they have traumatized me to say the least.

Enterprise car rental travis afb ca. told me they are not open on sunday. This is hard to believe based on the fact during heavy travel season aka summer that they would be closed. At travis afb there are space availiable travel customers on militart flights 24/7. If the only flight we get is on sunday and your closed we will have to find a room somewhere and the base is normally closed due to heavy deployment on base with the military personnel. this is an inconvenience. it would be nice to just get there and get vehicle and head out on our trip. point made
