Not going to lie, this is probably the worst enterprise experience I’ve ever had with the company. They’re usually on point but today, me and my freshly married wife was met with some moments I cannot over look. We reserved a standard size vehicle 2 days ago traveling from Georgia and once we made it here at 8am Sunday morning, we were notified that they only had 2 cars available for us to pick from. Both cars looked out dated and run down so we were very dissatisfied before we even opened the door. The nicer of the 2 cars had a hole/rip in the driver floor board and scrapes and scratches trim the front to end of the vehicle. Also, since no standard cars was available they downsized us to a Toyota corolla. Alex did his best to help smooth over the bad experience by offering a “gas offset” but it just wasn’t good enough. This is not how we planned to drive around Houston on our honeymoon weekend. Very unhappy with the service here and the way they couldn’t resolve this issue for us. Stay at the airport. More options, better service.

Worst dealership in town, I bought a 2019 Ram 2500 from them about two years ago. Now that I’m trying to trade my truck in, it’s getting evaluated at half the market value because enterprise FAILED to file my tittle transfer as soon as I purchased the truck from them. I was provided a carfax report and shows that my tittle is now ‘Branded No Actual Milage’. Tittle transfer was not filed till a YEAR later after purchasing the truck from them, which trigger the carfax report to not be clean because inconsistency on miles. Malcom the manager at the location has ‘attempted’ to fix it but nothing was accomplished. I am still stuck with a truck that now I worthless because this dealership again FAILED to file my tittle transfer on time. Jason the store manager assured me everything was filled correctly, and didn’t want to speak with me about the situation. I’ve taken multiple trips in person but all I get is the round around…
I am not asking for a new truck or new house all I’m asking is for ENTERPRISE to fix the issue they created. I would like for a corporate person to contact me directly, as your managers at your location can only give me the round around.

Still have not been contacted by these scammers. I’m still stuck with a vehicle that is not clear blue tittle due to their mistake. I’m still yet to hear from someone on corporate….

These people are idiots. I came in for someone to appraise my vehicle which I wanted to sell. They told me to come any time I showed up and some dude tells me that they guy went to pick up his kids from summer camp and won't be back. Waste of time with these people.

Right after a Hurricane. I started at the Humble location, then was sent to the Spring location on I-45. I was passed from one salesperson to another salesperson then to another salesperson, Yasmine.
I maintained a positive attitude, due to all the drama with the destruction from the hurricane.
Yasmine was very upbeat and helpful, I’m sure she thought I was going to be a problem customer. If she did, she didn’t show it. She did everything possible to give me the right vehicle for my needs.

I recently bought a truck and discovered a couple of issues with it after I got home (75 miles away). They went completely out of their way to make me happy and make the trensaction right. Most dealerships don't have this attitude. Angela, Maria and Rexx made sure I was happy and gave more than I asked for to make me a very happy customer. I recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone looking for a used vehicle!
