JJ and crew were awesome. JJ even delivered my car. Give him a raise. BUT, this is my second purchase and 2 referrals I sent you also bought. Next car I buy I really should get a discount.

I do not recommend them. I have been displeased with their business and care. Very unprofessional, dishonest, and lack of care. When I went there, they pulled a bait and switch. Stating the 2 vehicles I was interested in were not there; when I said I'd just go to the other location where they are now, all of a sudden, they weren't readythen. I should have left then. I bought a car from them in July with my trade-in that same day. The vehicle had been putting a lot of dust out. Then, come September, it started shaking. I had a mechanic look at it. They put good brakes on very bad rotors. Not one bad rotor but all 4 of the rotors are bad. Now, I can't drive it until I get the rotors fixed. I called Enterprise the first time a week ago about it, and the young man I spoke with hung up on me after I told him my problem. I waited, thinking it was a mistake, nope, so I called back. A different person answered, took my information down, and told me they would call me back, but I never received a call. I called them today, and they are going to tell me they can't do anything about it. I'm responsible for fixing it since I'm driving the car and messing it up. I explained to her how can you mess up rotors, but the brake pads are good. That's not how it goes unless you have bad rotors and brake pads, but you just change the brake pads. They refused to fix their mistakes. Now I see why they were trying to hurry up and sell this car.

Hello Carlos. I really appreciate your help.
As You promised me when I bought my car from Enterprise, that you will stand by me at any problem that I encounter with my car.
I am going to send a great review about you, Ashley, and Sierra for the great job that you are doing at Enterprise.
Thanks for fulfilling your promise. You will be the first person to contact whenever my family, relatives, and me need to buy a car.

I went in with very little hope of being able to leave with a vehicle due to poor credit and a multitude of things seemingly stacked against me but I went in with a little bit of hope and Mario Nunez worked with me and I left a very very happy customer. He was amazing, sweet and left with a car I couldn’t be happier with. Will definitely be recommending to everyone. When you go in ask for Mario Nunez and you won’t be disappointed!!

I give it 3 stars because they have nice vehicles and take good care of them, other than that I wasn't happy. They told me I was already approved for 0$ down and all I had to do was come in, sign the paperwork then pick out a car. When I got there, NOT EVEN THE CASE! I had been up all night working a 12 hour shift then was up there ALL DAY with Aaron. I had to get approved with a cosigner and FINALLY got it down to $500 down with my trade in car, also $500. When it was all said and done and got home with my new car (driving in traffic back all the way to Galveston), I had been awake over 24 hours. I suggest NOT LYING to potential customers just to make a sale! The quality of the vehicles will do that for you.

Not a happy new truck owner and I hate being lied to. The Manager told me they would put a new bed liner in Monday, then told me it would be Tuesday, then told me it would be Wednesday and then after I talked to the actual person that installs the bed liner, he told me that Enterprise told him the wrong size bed, so he agreed to come to my house and install it and he did. Enterprise had me do a temporary loan with CHASE to hold the truck Saturday until I could get a cashier's check on Tuesday and they said the loan would go away once I gave them a check, that was a lie. I got a bill saying my first payment is due June 25th. I called Aaron at Enterprise and he called CHASE and said he canceled it. That was a lie, I called CHASE 30 minutes later and the loan was still showing open. Aaron also said he would email in writing that the temp loan was canceled and I still have not received an email. This is my 3rd truck I have bought from Enterprise and it WILL BE MY LAST....

I have purchased a vehicle from Enterprise in the early 2000's. Great car and good buying experience.
I had communicated with a sales person, who was aware of the specific model of vehicle I was interested in. Made a reservation for a specific time and model. When we arrived, they had NONE of the model I was looking for. Didn't even have the courtesy to call/text and let me know.
This was a typical bait & switch. Just want to get a sucker on the lot and press them into something they don't want.
Hertz has better prices and warranties anyway.

My negative experience with Enterprise car sales, cautioning potential buyers to be wary. I initially believed that the dealership would be helpful in my car buying experience, as I was promised assistance in finding a car within my budget and finances. However, I soon discovered that Enterprise car sales operated similarly to other car dealerships, requiring a substantial down payment of $3000 or more.
I was initially approved for a vehicle but was later informed that getting a co-signer could lower my interest and down payment. I obtained a co-signer, but the dealership suddenly claimed they could not approve or deny me with a co-signer, despite being able to approve me with somewhat bad credit history. I attempted to contact the car salesman, Kameron, repeatedly but was purposefully ignored, and the entire dealership was observed speaking rudely about other customers.
In an attempt to test their responsiveness, I called from another number and received an immediate answer, only to be recognized once I revealed my name. I also warn against a financing company called American Credit Application (ACA) and I advise others to take their business elsewhere and not trust Enterprise car sales. You’re better off dealing with the regular dealerships. They will ignore your business once they feel like you won’t cough up the money.
They’re all full of crap from the head up to the bottom down. Don’t say I didn’t warn you and whatever you do stand clear from Kameron he’ll greet you at the door as if his customer service is so great. He ignores you and they all get one another to answer their calls when they want to ignore you.

I have rented cars from Enterprise before and had good experiences but buying a car from them was a nightmare. My credit report was run about 5-6 times, without my knowledge, while they tried to figure out who could do the financing. I wasn't informed of this and then I started getting mail that my financing was not approved. They finally got me with a finance company with a stupid outrageous interest rate of 20% and I have an 817 credit score. My salesman was not good at all and I would never go back to buy a car from Enterprise. As a matter of fact they may lose me as a car rental customer based on how this car buying experience went.
