I’ve shopped at both Rice Village and Voss locations. Rice Village location very nice accommodating staff with the best customer service, however the Voss location, not so much. Christy at the Voss location was very rude, lack good customer service, and over all horrible attitude was not helpful or inviting. I would prefer ordering online if I have to purchase from this store again.

Cutest store and everyone is so helpful!! It is my family's one stop shop for special occasions and birthdays! They have the cutest balloons and you can jazz them up with tassels or ribbons!
