I love Natalie! Anytime I have an acne flare up going on, she takes care of it and it subsides quickly after my facial. She extracts and cleans out my pores, uses microdermabrasion and the blue light that kills the bacteria. I always leave with my skin feeling clean and calm. I really notice the difference in the next day or two after the facial.

Elizabeth is the best, for the 2nd time I went to her salon for a haircut and I'm in love with my hair! ☺️ My friend had her hair highlighted and she was happy with it too. Their prices are also amazingly reasonable.

I've been waxing with Natalie for four years now. I've been with her since the beginning LITERALLY. I've always received a very thorough service. She even goes so far as to tweeze literally any hair that is left behind. The wax that she uses is painless and very good quality. She used all sanitation precautions before, during and after the service. Gloves, disinfecting wipes, table covers everything! I arrived about 5 minutes prior and she was there ready to go and greeted me with smile. I will always come back and refer my friends. Also, I you understand supporting small, black owned businesses then you understand that she Is a one woman show! As she grows you grow with her!

My husband has tired this place numerous of times and always have so many bad things to say. Whether its the 2 hour wait time, the rude attitudes, the fact that they can't serve or give service to there own community says enough. I have 4 boys and a husband they miss alot of business from within their own neighbor an the worst part is they don't care nor do they seem to be a useful/ helpful business in our neighborhood. They can't communicate to there customers. They will watch you sit there for hours to keep getting skipped just for you to finally be told other people have appointments. Bad business all the way around. They should be listed as appointments only or move there location more private so we can have a more useful hair cut place in our neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend!! I wouldn't support this business in the present nor hope they stay for much longer. Maybe will get a new haircut place if we all push together when they build up where Seller's Brothers was. Linkwood needs a great haircut place!!! This place is not it!!!

First, let me note that this is only a review of waxing, not any other services provided here. Natalie was very sweet and nonjudgmental, but other than that, I was thoroughly disappointed. Honestly, this is not the most professional setup. I came for my appointment, opened the door, and there was the previous customer in the middle of her waxing, not fully clothed. By the time I was called in, it was 15 minutes past my appointment time. Fair enough, I know things get busy sometimes. But it just went downhill from there. The room did not seem very clean, and I did not see her sanitize or wash her hands. Even after I pointed out spots that were missed, entire patches of hair were left on my legs. They're also completely covered in stubble. This can't be normal. The wastefulness of the whole affair really frustrated me. $100 down the drain, and I would have been better off shaving.
