Avoid at all cost!! Owner was rude and insulting. Charged double to take piano upstairs and did not use any cover or wrap protection. My brand new piano was scratched and greased up when delivered. These people are not professionals and should be avoided.

Jason and his team moved our baby grand to a second story building and made it look like it was everyday work. So impressed with their skill and professionalism. Rita was great coordinating the details, and we couldn't be happier with the job. They even recommended a different placement for piano that I hadn't thought of, and it is perfect.

They contacted the Condo with insurance ASAP, They were on time, Very organized, Very Careful with Baby Grand, and Knew Exactly how to take apart (with care), wrapped it with care, Delivered and assembled it with care. I would have given them a 10 rating if allowed. Excellent Family Run Business. If you Value your Piano, Price won't matter.

I found Elite Piano Transport on Google after researching companies to move my grandmother's piano to my home. This was an important job to me due to it being a family heirloom. It was super easy from filling out a form on their website to the emails following in order to schedule things. They communicated so well and I felt confident about hiring them for the job. When the move day came (just a few days after contacting them) things were seamless and couldn't have gone any smoother. Thanks so much for your excellent service! Highly recommend them!

I had to move my piano downstairs and than to a new home. The guys did an amazing job moving it down the stairs. Not a scratch on piano or house. They are very professional. I highly recommend them.

Scheduled a piano move with them about 10 days ago. Job was scheduled for this morning Dec 10th. I was told the job window would be from 8 - 10am with a guarantee that it would be completed by 10am. Well as of 9:15 no one had showed up or called. I called Rita to check on the status. Got a call from the driver at 9:35 stating he was 30 minutes away. The reason I was given was that one of their employees showed up late. Never got a call or anything on this until I called. Totally unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend using Elite for anything.

What superb service Elite gave us! They moved my 1908 5-7 Steinway grand from my Beaumont residence to my daughter's Houston house. they were punctual, courteous, and obviously knowledgeable. They packed up the piano in about 15 minutes and delivered it safely and on time. I definitely recommend using them.Service: In-state moving

We used Elite Piano Transport to move a piano we purchased from an individual. Elite Piano Transport inspected the piano prior to the purchase/move to ensure the piano was operational & free of any cracks or damage. The movers were extremely professional & very knowledgeable. They setup the piano & were able to provide us with more information on the piano we purchased & provide a reference for a reliable tuner. Elite Piano Transport went above & beyond. We highly recommend their services.
