Tanya was amazing ! She was so patient with me my mom and my sister . She was so attentive and so helpful . The dresses here are gorgeous. They also do the alterations for you and the turn around time is quick . They definitely have a customer in us for life.

They have a great selection and were able to order the color my daughter wanted. The young lady was very helpful, and we were able to get it altered right on the spot. Highly recommend, good prices and friendly, helpful staff.

We were skeptical about the fitting for a plus size. However, Elegant Formals understood the assignment!!! First we were greeted as we walked in. Then a professional salesman assisted us step by step. Last, my daughter found the perfect fitting dress and we were satisfied.☺️

The 3 times I have been here I have only seen 1 young lady working. She is always super helpful and friendly.
The store is small but not too small. The selection in store is good for all sizes.
Thus time I was with my daughter ok have a wedding reception dress. She found the perfect one in the perfect size but the length was too much. The man who does alterations was there 10 minutes after the young lady called him. He did very precise tacking around the dress and asked several questions about how my daughter wanted it to fit. As promised, it was ready to be picked up 3 days later. Perfectly altered.

We found a perfect dress for my daughter’s 16th birthday celebration! Juana was wonderful, so very kind and patient as we tried on dresses. The price can’t be beat compared to other local dress shops and the quality is wonderful.
