Stopped on the way to restaurant Depot. Got a full tank of gas, accidently pushed a car wash and they refused to refund back to card. I've used the car wash before and it scratched my car badly. That's after I went through again because the first time it was still dirty....Guy at front desk said it was because it was done at the pump it couldn't be returned inside. Why? At family dollar by the house

The restroom are dirty, there's no toilet paper, also I went in to get a drink since I'm working and need an energy boost and I accidentally walk out with my drink in my hand since I was on the phone and didn't pay attention and the cashier is outside the door and yells about my drink and I tell him omg I'm so sorry I forgot to Pay and he starts yelling at me and getting mad at me still after I apologize for my forgetfulness. I wasn't trying to steal. Or hide the drink at all. I'm a delivery driver so I'm trying to go in and out and I always pay! This one time I actually forgot and all hell breaks loose with this guy.

Just left this gas station I went inside to pay with Apple Pay and the attendant wouldn’t let me use it as credit. He kept assisting I use it as debit even though he was able to by pass the pin if he wanted to. Shrugged his shoulders like oh well if I didn’t want to input my pin. Please don’t come here. Super rude and no consideration for women

Retailers that can't sell beer or wine usually have an criminal convictionrecord and cannot qualify morally to get a state license. Or could have lost alcohol retail license due to under-age sales and maybe other unethical behaviors. These things are common in this vicinity of Houston, so it is not just this place, after all it is Bissonnet Street.

24hr store. Nice and clean place looks organize. Theres a little smoke shop inside. They also have coffee and slushies gas prices is very competitive too and theres checkers next to it.. and on the other side

Place as well lit at night but the pumps are extremely slow! It took almost 15 minutes to get 15 gallons of fuel

Well I visit for gas filling and went to use the rest room the guy who was talking with some his friend and just told me we don't have rest room and then he changed his comment and told me it's out of order. But another guy came out from the rest room. Well my all family members are also filling gas here from on now we will never visit this location.

The sign says "Open 24 hours" but ever since this different guy is working overnight he locks the doors and won't allow people to shop. We used to come here after work for gas and snacks but last time he let us in only to watch us the entire time as if we're going to steal something. We only stop for gas here now. He can't open for customers but he can open for the guy who closes at Checkers restaurant and brings him food. Second time I see that so far. Take the sign down. Smh.

I had a terrible experience at this gas station today. I went with my wife and daughter to use a restroom and meanwhile they were in the restroom I was buying and Ice drink for my daughter and the salesperson a south Asian guy from India I guess told me very angry and in a rude way that in order to pay with my debit card I was supposed to spend more than 3 dollars. Then he showed me a small writing over the counter that had that information but it was really small and high to see. I told him that I only wanted the drink and he was so rude and showing symptoms of anger. I don’t know if he forgot that he was living in America. He doesn’t know how to treat a customer and didn’t show any respect. I wouldn’t comeback there for any reason. Horrible Customer Service.
