Rude customer service. Cashiers never want to check you out. The ladies that serve you the hot food are always impatient and it’s like you have to beg for them to actually give you what you ordered.

First time at El Ahorro and I have to say I was very impressed. Very clean! Organized. Great selection of Hispanic food, medicine, and ceramic dishes. I loved the helpfulness of the staff as well. I asked for a specific item and she walked me straight to it.We went to visit Mexico last week and this is a nice ambience of what we experienced. We will definitely be back to shop at El Ahorro

One of the cashiers there is super rude and I will be there in the morning we left one of our bags there and she keep saying we didn’t and every time we keep telling her that one of our bags stayed she keep saying no and keep walking away from us like say I don’t give a F and she was playing around Not even helping us I’m a cashier also and believe me I don’t act like this with my customers at all

The security officer was really rude i was coming out of dollar kingdom and heading to El Ahorro supermarket when he told me to leave my belongings in front I felt super discriminated. I hope the security learns to be more respectful to those walking in I left the attitude he gave was super disrespectful.

I bought fresh cut fruit so it wasn’t fresh it looks that was from 3 or 4 days before i didn’t eat it I threw it away my 5$ was wasted

Great place to go to since it is walkable distance, prepared meals daily and good location and always well stocked. They just need to fix the hours on when they close. Customer service has improved in the past few months so that's a 4 star

It's a typical Hispanic/Latino grocery store. However, the breakfast tacos they serve tastes much better than similar stores in the area.

The females here are always chatting about other females men in Spanish, they didn't know I knew Spanish till my husband began talking to me.... There are other locations that have even amounts of men and women working and speak both English and Spanish, I've even seen Afro Americans speaking both English and Spanish and their native tongue.... But this location is not one of them. But can't hate on the fresh meat deals and the fresh food for breakfast, lunch and dinner...

Went by the store they closed 18 min before 10 I asked why and the lady said the manager Narda just closed early.
