Quite an outstanding experience. We did look at other higher end purveours and we noticed quite a few negative comment regarding the actual execution.There was none of that here. I make and build things and recognize competence and quality. That was what we got. The install was done by Wayne, a gentleman and a craftsman. The attention to detail was immaculate.Special kudos to Micky Nguen, our designer, her forethought and layout insight still bring pleasant reactions as we are getting used to our new kitchen.As we are invoved somewhat in the overseas commenrce we did expect the lead times resultant from European sourcing and were not dissapointed, somebody else might not have the patience. From our point of view it was definetely worth it.

I have two minor service items with regard to my Eggersmann cabinets. Both were resolved almost immediately - one with a service call and one with Eggersman sending the proper tool for a DIY. For the latter, I contacted Eggersman Friday after 5 pm and had the tool (a #2 Pozidrive screw driver ) the following Tuesday morning. Eggersmann's service quality is equal to their cabinet quality.

Andrea in the showroom was awesome to work with. And the install guys were professional and very good. The quality of the cabinets are above any that I have ever seen. I would highly recommend Eggersman and see Andrea, she will take care of you from start to finish.

Recently finished a two year home building project. My home builder recommended Eggersman cabinets, which I’m embarrassed to say I had never heard of. We went and met with Evan and discussed our wants and needs. He came back with beautiful renditions and drawings.

Everything Eggersmann has done for us, from our kitchen and wet bar to our living room wall unit has been done flawlessly. Evan Soltoff is an incredible designer and Wayne and Jorge install so meticulously and with such skill that the entire process is painless. In addition, they are scrupulous about keeping the job site clean. If only every vendor were as conscientious! I would give Eggersmann 10 stars if I could!

I honestly cannot come up with one negative comment when it comes to our experience with Eggersmann. We worked with Andrea and she is AMAZING. She has a great eye for design and goes above and beyond for customers. She makes you feel like you are her only customers. Our kitchen turned out better than we could have ever hoped for. It was worth every penny and 4 months without a kitchen (we did a remodel). I would recommended Eggersmann to anyone and I would tell them to ask for Andrea.
