Very unprofessional. I ordered an arrangement for delivery in Dec 31, 2020. The driver called me regarding attempted delivery and was very rude and unprofessional. I requested they deliver the arrangements the following day, as the policy states. I called them Jan 5, and Lola, who said was the manager said I was supposed to call them. That is what the driver said. After a long conversation, she said they would deliver it that day. The arrangement was never delivered and Lola said they did not have any earlier delivery available. Even though she stated they would deliver on Tuesday. Since the first call, Lola had an unprofessional attitude and did not seem to care about resolving the issue.

My daughter received her arraignment on time and the fruit was fresh. The arrangement looked exactly like the photo.

My husband has been ordering from this location for years and it's always good. One delivery was an hour late, but it was Mother's Day, so I guess that's understandable.

It looks like I should have read the previous post about this location. My order was also not ready at pickup and thats because I received a call to change the pickup time to later. Another failure of communication on their part again. Save your money and maybe choose another location.

Don’t purchase from this location. Placed a order over the phone Around 11am . They told me the order will be ready by 3 . Arrival at 4 to give them time . Came in no employees were present store empty about 5 minutes later . Employee walks in looked up my order . No order in the system. Even called the same number again. To show the employee it was this location the order was place . To get told I will have to make your Order sir . 30 min wait .

Placed my order at 8:41am, Friday August 23rd to be exact, contact the shop at 10am to get at least an estimated time of arrival, Paloma said before 5pm, I then called at 12pm, to get another status, was told the exact same thing advised Noemi that I needed this BEFORE 3pm, she reassured me it would be done, I then call at 1pm and Noemi then tells me they are JUST NOW MAKING MY ARRANGEMENT. I thought you have got to be kidding me? I asked her how is my order being made at 1pm when I placed this order at 8:40am? She paused clueless and says I don't know ma'am the morning people, I dont know what they were doing, I advised her I needed it BEFORE 3pm, she then says I will let the driver know to deliver yours 1st when she arrives because she was out still..its now 3:55pm, I call the shop again and my order is still there, so I tell Noemi to cancel my order and i needed a manager now, low and behold, there isn't one there till Monday? This place has got to be a joke! It is now Wed., Aug, 28th, I got a hold of Scott the manager, when I finally got to speak to him, he didn't know how to handle the situation, & asks me ok so why are you calling you want your refund? I tell him my transaction was cancelled that Friday at 4pm, & I just finished reading reviews online after my incident and obviously this keeps happening and nothing is being done about it, he then says I can tell the owner about this, I said how will I know you tell the owner will she contact me, he then says yes at her earliest convenience...nothing resolved still..JOKE, JOKE, JOKE!

Channelview edible arrangements suck! I've been ordering arrangements for years, and not once have I ever had a problem till now. Then he voids my order without even contacting me first!! Thanks for making my niece's birthday an awesome one. It sure as hell didnt take him long to make the purchase from my account tho, why didn't he check if it could even be delivered BEFORE getting my money from my account, now I have to wait 7-10 business days for my money.

This location is very un professional. I ordered A dozen of chocolate covered strawberries for very close friend on her birthday in the beginning of June. She received 20 unpresentable strawberries that almost looked past due. I called to speak with the manager and apparently they weren't in at the time. What are the odds. Smh I was given a store cell phone number and was told to send a picture of the arrangement. Also that I would get a Call back which I never did! $50 went straight to the trash. I was so embarrassed by this as well!

I ordered an arrangement late morning as a birthday gift. Edible Arrangements was able to deliver it to the recipient by mid-afternoon, the same day. The birthday girl loved it!
