You wanted to know if I was pleased with my order on Feb 14th? I was not pleased with my order on Feb 14th because my girlfriend did not receive her order on Feb 14th. I placed my order at 11am on the 14th, The tracking system said my order was not received until 1:15pm! The order seemed to move through the process of being made fairly quickly however the order was out for delivery for HOURS. I have ordered Edible Arrangements for her on previous Valentines day and she received her order no problem. My most recent order was not the case, I assume you ask for the name of the business and whether it is commercial or residential in order to make sure you deliver before closing time. My girlfriend leaves work at 4pm, the business closes at 5pm, your driver who can barely speak English, doesn't show up until after 5pm and calls both me and my girlfriend numerous times for some reason (I dont know why if she cant understand anything we say). So the order was not delivered. The other problem is that I called the store and left multiple messages with zero response, and asked for my money to be refunded, I was ignored entirely and the next day you guys delivered her the original order. While I am happy that my girlfriend received her order, she did not receive it on Valentines day as a surprise which is what I payed for. I still want my money refunded. And if i can make a suggestion if you are going to fail at the job Im paying for the least you can do is have an English speaker making the calls and the deliveries so that she can understand what the hell I am saying when I tell her she failed. This is America, This is Texas. We speak English. If you want to have a spanish speaker hire someone who speaks both English and spanish. Other than that figure out how to do what you are charging people for, and call them back at the very least if they are trying to get a hold of you.

Absolutely pathetic not only did I get the wrong order and they refused to answer the phone but I literally just got the roses yesterday and they’re already dying?? Lmao joke of a business do not recommend at all. Already filed a complaint with my bank and will be getting my money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE

(9/15/2023)Had to edit my review. Been ordering for years and recently have found the fruit is old and soggy. I believe they’re using frozen fruit or something bc the amount of liquid that dripped from my most recent purchase was astonishing. Like the bottom of the bag was soaked and had a puddle. Fresh fruit will not drip like this.These fruit bouquets used to last days and now if we don’t eat them on day 1, we have to toss most out. What a waste!!! I’ve also received these as gifts recently (not sure if from this location or not) and have had the same issue. I believe they’re using frozen fruit or something.(5 years ago)Fantastic customer service... I accidentally screwed up and gave them the wrong delivery address (sorry again about that!!) and they went out of their way to get it right, even though it was my fault to begin with! Thank you so so much - I will absolutely be back again!!! Oh and the recipient of the fruit arrangement loved her gift... she said the fruits were fresh and delicious. Thanks again!!!

The ladies at the store were nice about the whole situation, but would not give me a refund for my order. My first batch of strawberries were old, soggy, and drippy. I called and they made me a new batch. When I picked it up, I noticed the fruit flies that were on the strawberries. That’s how old they were.They said they would give me store credit, but after two bad batches I am no longer craving anything. I am not complaining about the customer service. Ladies were as nice as they could be. Fruit was not good specially for $50. All I wanted was my money back since both orders ended in the trash and I ended up with nothing.

I usually don’t take the time to give a bad review because my experience could just be a one off- but this location has HORRIBLE customer service. Rude, short, and incompetent. I needed a refund because they couldn’t deliver my arrangement with a certain time frame, and the woman on the phone was unbelievable. I stayed patient the entire time, but I was simply asking for a confirmation email that my order was cancelled….I gave her my email five times and I’m fully convinced she didn’t even try to send it, and eventually hung up on me. (Still don’t have a confirmation or a refund three days later). Please do yourself a favor and go to another location down the street.

Placed my order of selected items and put in notes to be delivered to a school by 11am. On a specific day.On the day of the delivery, I get a call about 10:40am and I’m thinking it’s delivered or being delivered. INSTEAD it’s someone from the store saying they don’t have what I orders but can swap it out for something totally different, WOW. This was my anniversary gift and THIS Edible Arrangements is no arrangement at all on customer service and support. Totally ruined our anniversary. Never again Edible Arrangements!!!

Recipients of gifts are always surprised and happy with their arrangements. There's a nice variety of prices and sizes on the website and I enjoy sending arrangements as gifts. My daughter in law was particularly pleased with the freshness, taste, size, and uniqueness of the dipped strawberries. I ordered her arrangement from my home in Houston and it was delivered to her home in Kirkland Washington a few days later.Arrangements and delivery are fairly expensive but I'm willing to pay for dependably good service and high quality products.

Order this for Oct 5th for my parents anniversary. My parents bit into the one chocolate strawberry and tasted something sour and foul. They removed the chocolate from that strawberry and the rest and found mold underneath. The lettuce holding the arrangement also has mold between the leaves. We called Edible Arrangements and they said there's nothing they can do about it and won't refund us. Be careful ordering from this business. Last year, we ordered from them for the first time and the same thing happened. We tried again this year at a different location to see if maybe we just got a single, isolated bad experience but nope. Happened yet again. So please be careful because they will not take responsibility for it.
