These Are trying times. And I ordered a small arrangement for a man I've known my whole life, best friends with my parents. He has brain cancer. When he was moved from the hotel to a new location I panicked. When I spoke to the delivery woman, I snapped. And she kept communicating and made sure the hotel would get it to him. All while rains with floods were headed to Houston. THANK YOU!

If I can give it a negative star I would!This has been terrible experience!Place a order for feb 14 Valentine’s Day.I Called they never answer.Online your hands are tied can’t do anything just keeps saying status of order is being prepared.I showed up at the store and it’s empty like it didn’t exist.I even gave them a chance on the 15th still nothing.It’s feb 16 still nothing!Luckily I had other stuff planned out for Valentine’s Day and is the best understanding girlfriend otherwise I’ll be in the doghouse!

First and last time that I do business with this location. Placed an order to be delivered for my sister who works less than 10minutes from here, I called to check the status for delivery being that it was past 3pm and her office closes at 5pm only to have someone from the Pearland location answer. Was told the Beechnut location was closed, there is no notice about it on their website, automated message when you call or email confirmation when I placed my order. I would have never placed an order had I known this beforehand. Now I'll be contacting my bank for a full refund being that I can't get ahold of anyone!!!!

I love my chocolate covered fruit boxes. This is the very first time receiving one that the strawberries are wet from the bottom which kind of make them look old or just not appealing to eat. I called but they are definitely edible as they were made that morning.

I ordered an arrangement yesterday to be delivered - I have a photo of the arrangement as pictured on the website and a photo of what was actually delivered. What a rip-off! It was half the fruit as advertised! I will follow up on this for sure and think twice before ordering anything from Edible Arrangements again! ?I'm pleasantly surprised that my complaint was addressed immediately. A compromise was reached. That goes a long way towards keeping a customer. Thank you

Ordered online for a delivery to be made the next day. I had accidentally put down a wrong house number but I received a text from Scott to confirm. I was able to give him the correct house number but the gift recipient was not home. I knew she was about 10 minutes away and Scott let me know he would wait in order for her edible arrangement to be fresh and not spoil in the sun. I’ve purchased from other companies that don’t provide this level of service. I was blown away by this location’s desire to make this delivery and gift perfect. Highly recommend!

Bad service . If I have zero star, i will rate zero star. I order in the morning but until the evening, my girl friend still don’t get the Valentine gift. When I call them, they. Say they assign my order to another store? What they mean? First time I buy and it is last time I am their customer

I chose beechnut location because my destination was 2 blocks away . I ordered my fruit 9:45 and it delivered @ 3:30. I will never choose Beechnut location again . And the lady was snippy on the phone . Next time I will dipped my own strawberries

Great customer service! Placed a last minute online order for Bosses Day at 9 am and called to request they deliver before 11:30 am since my boss was leaving work early. They delivered at 10:30 am! I was in shock they actually delivered before the time I requested. They are awesome! I am indeed a satisfied customer.

I ordered a shareable gourmet apple and a fruit and dessert tray for a small gathering. Everything was presented perfectly and tasted as good as it looked. Val and her team always do great work. I will absolutely order from them again. I'd post a picture but we ate it all!

If I could give it zero stars I would staff is unorganized and very unprofessional! Called twice just to get a arrangement for my mother’s birthday couldn’t either day. Terrible customer service they gave me the run around and, told me one day I could order over the phone. When I tried the next day I couldn’t. I proceeded to go online as told couldn’t find the store and called back. The woman told me “well that means we’ve reached our limits” I don’t understand why that wasn’t told to me before I tried to order. I eventually contacted another store and they told me I could order over the phone even though the lobby is closed. Also spoke to the same employee both days. My money will not be spent at this location again.

I ordered for a delivery 2 days before the delivery. They were amazing with updating me on delivery times. I have been waiting all day for it once the first delivery attempt wasn't successful. I told them that they would be available at 3:30. They told me at 5 that it was out for delivery again. I checked in to see if it was delivered and it wasn't. Checked in at 6. The driver told me 25 mins for it to be delivered. The distance between the delivery and shop was 10 minutes. I had to check back in at 7 to see if it was delivered only to find out that they were in traffic. I told them the distance was only 10 minutes and it didn't make sense. That's when they deliver my item. This was for a birthday surprise and they did a TERRIBLE job. I am never using this location again.
