I have given this location multiple chances to redeem themselves however they continue to prove how unworthy of customers. I've been a customers since the beginning & this location has changed how I feel & literally has not been able to provide good service the last 3 visit. Will not be returning!

Disappointing and unacceptable. 43rd and Ella location has the most disgusting and unprofessional employee. Manager stated that the old clear soggy fruit on the NEWLY MADE arrangement was perfectly fine to consume. The melon and cantaloupe were actually slumped over on the arrangement. She also stated that she was upset I open and inspected the arrangement first, because now she could not resell it to anyone else. A $100 birthday arrangement should not be disappointing, but it was. Never again.

Ordered a bouquet for my husband on the 3rd to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Never showed up so I thought he would get in the next day but before noon. It is now 2:15 and it still hasn’t shown. I have tried calling several times but no one will answer. Very disappointed!

WAS SENT A EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS NEVER RECEIVED IT WAS CALLED AT 9PM TO ADK IF IT STILL SHOULD BE DELIVERED STATED YES STILL NO DELIVERY!!! CALLED THE STORE THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS RUDE AND HORRIBLE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR SATISFACTION!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

My edible arrangement was never delivered on Valentine's Day I called and called and was hung up on twice after a more than 20 min wait. When I got there the lady said she doesn't think they ever produced it and they had been very busy yesterday. She refunded and that was it you would think they offer to make another but I overheard they have no fruit(it's 10am) so if you have a special day don't count on this store and don't count on them to try to make it right

Ordered a delivery for Valentines day on February 10th. Paid extra $15 for delivery. Order was not delivered and they won't answer the phone. It was to a school which their website says those deliveries would be delivered by 3pm. My s/o left the school at 3:45pm and it wasn't delivered. No excuse for late delivery and no excuse for being on hold for 45 minutes to find out what's going on. Look like a field trip in the morning to get this rectified. I ordered flowers for her birthday from a local flower shop last month. No extra charge delivered flawlessly. Skip these people and order flowers instead.

I placed an order at 9:20am for delivery less than a mile away. At 6pm still no sign of it and there is no way to contact or leave a message for the business. I have no way of getting a hold of them.

This location is the worse!!! Don't use them. I spoke to Barbara the day before my delivery for confirmation of an AM delivery. She told me they open at 10am and I confirmed delivery by noon. My delivery didn't arrive until approximately 3:30pm and the recipient was gone for the day, and was off the next day. Then Barbara lied and said she reached out to her and she left work at 2:30pm anyway...my boss said Barbara lied she left about 3:15pm. This branch is HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS!!! The receptionist said the delivery person looked like a crack head off the street just told to deliver this to this address. Don't trust them with your order!!!!

Unfortunately this location has lied to me several times about availability and an order. I even waited one time for an hour in the lobby, to be told I could not pick up the same day.( I have even called this morning asking if I needed to pre plan The order). I would definitely recommend going elsewhere, for the amount of money that you spend

Thank y'all for following instructions for the order I made online! I truly appreciate it!!! My boyfriend loved the arrangement and definitely was surprised, the only thing I disliked was.... When they dropped it off at his work, they didn't say anything to the receptionist, they literally brought the arrangement inside and left it on the counter and walked out. Yes I am aware it had his name on it, thank God! Anyways everything was great! Thanks!!
