Poor service , never answers the phone tried to double charge me for delivery I paid for same day deliver the day before and did not receive my order had to reschedule it for another day I’ve ordered 4x and 3 of them were deliveries and I had an issue with each one ! Customer service and communication is horrible I tell you !

This place is horrible it is 10:17 am and they open at 9 am I have been calling to try to tell them something sbout my order any the phone doesn’t work now I feel like my money has been taken and they won’t be there today after I paid 10 extra dollars for same day delivery. Horrible horrible horrible

Ordered an edible arrangements on the 11th to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. The order never came The order tracker is not being updated and no one is answering the phone returning calls or voicemails. The communication at the rice location in Houston Texas is terrible and I still haven’t spoken to anyone and it’s the day after the holiday and my girlfriend still does not have her gifts this is absolutely ridiculous! Someone please help me understand!!!!!!!

Ordered on Monday for a Thursday 2/15 delivery. Asked for the order to be delivered before 2pm was told to call the day of to make the request. Called starting at 9:15am no answer, had a few other people call no answer for several hours, finally received a call back after leaving a message with corporate. To let me know the order was otw and would be delivered before 2pm ( it was not). Driver arrived an hour late and the recipient had already left for the day, flowers looked dead, balloons poorly inflated, strawberry barely dipped in the white chocolate, they were sour and cheesecakes falling apart from being in the heat. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Edible.

If I could give no stars I would. They answered the phone to take my order. Never delivered and then never answered the phone so I can cancel. Had to drive 35 miles to store to cancel for them to have the audacity to ask me if I wanted to take the order with me even though Valentine’s Day was yesterday lol. Now my chances with this girl will probably not come up again because I’m quitting

NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER on Valentines Day. phones were off all day 2/14 and they were not answering on 2/15. I had to go to this store location and they had no idea what the status of my order was. The manager was no where in sight, didn’t care to apologize, didn’t care to take care of her customers ( I assume it’s a her bc there’s a HUGE certificate with her name at the front that says Michelle Rios). Listen to the other recent reviews and stay FAR away from this place. $125 for an arrangement AND guaranteed delivery and it was never delivered. A waste of time to go here and their non caring attitude reflects their poor service. I received a refund only after arguing that it’s not needed the day AFTER Valentine’s Day, but they originally wanted me to come by “later today to pickup”. This place is the worst.

My very expensive orders are NOT being delivered on the day that I requested. They never answer the phone. Sometimes they say they won't refund your money even though they never delivered the order. Next time, I'm going to UberEats some flowers and candy from HEB. I recommend you do so too.

I’ve been calling for the past two hours trying to get in contact with someone. I received a gift from my boyfriend but it was the completely the wrong order, He needs either his money back or his order given to him correctly. So unacceptable.

Refuse to answer the phone. Delivered the entirely wrong order. I received an order for a completely different person and a completely different address. I’ve never seen such incompetence from such a large company. I either need my money refunded or the correct order delivered to the correct address TODAY. Unbelievable.

They do not answer the phone. Regardless of business, I believe there should be good phone services for paying customers. It causes a load of stress when you have paid for services and they don’t answer the phone. People shouldn’t have to arrive to the location just to receive service.
