We ordered for a delivery on sunday. They did not deliver or pick up the phone. We even reached out vía instagram and nothing.Stay away.Funny thing tho. We called the main street location, who turns out is not the same operators, they said theyve been getting many calls asking about their orders from this store. They failed delivery on many orders. The same operator owns the store on rice blvd. Stay away from both durham and rice.

Very disappointed with this location. My boyfriend placed an order and paid extra for it to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. The order was CONFIRMED and the store was closed on Valentine’s Day. Not only did we waste $100 but also never received the arrangement. It is now 2/20 and we still can’t get a response from corporate. We have been calling this location and get hung up on. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the time and money from this place!

Extremely disappointed with this location. Placed an order for pick up, went to go pick up the order of the store with closed. Apparently they had may be a leak or something wrong with one of the pipettes and had to close at store for the day, which is understandable, but they still had orders coming through, and they never informed any of their customers prior to their pick up time of the change and locations. I drove 10 minutes to get to the location to find out that their clothes spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to get a hold of somebody, for them to try to transfer me to another location that is 20+ minutes away, and when I asked to go to a completely different location that was more inside the loop the lady on the phone had an attitude and said I can do whatever I want and hung up the phone. All in total I spent an hour on the road just trying to pick up a box of expensive chocolate covered strawberries, and to get home. The strawberries were not all the way dipped and smaller than years. Definitely not worth the $50.

We have ordered from this location twice in 2024. Once for someone who was having a terrible week, once for my whole family for valentines. For the first order, they didn’t have strawberries and missed our delivery window thus ruining our intent with the gift. The second time was yesterday for Valentine’s Day. Despite placing the order in January, it was never received. What’s worse, customer service said they can’t guarantee a refund and the store has the right to reschedule delivery in the future. Why would I want a Valentine’s Day delivery to come on a different day? I drive by this store on a weekly basis and will now be angry every time I see the signage. Lastly, I live closer to the location on 43rd but the app doesn’t let me order from that store. Seems like they are pushing all the orders to the Shepherd/Durham location even though they don’t have the ability to meet the delivery promises. Do you self a favor and order anything else besides Edible Arrangements. As a fellow Houstonian, I’ll never make this mistake again and hope you don’t either. I’m done!

I am very disappointed. I ordered an arrangement. Didn't get it . About 4:25 I call the store and spoke with a young lady whom said it was out for delivery and should arrive by 6:00. I received a text after the phone call that stated it was out for delivery. I call back after 6:00 and found out they were close.

Terribly disappointed. Ordered a gift for delivery to someone as a thank you. We got notification the item was delivered but it was time stamped 30 minutes after the office had closed. We verified that she never received the gift. When the store was contacted, we were told they were too busy to help troubleshoot and we would have to call the driver to figure out what happened ourselves. We ended up just stopping payment on our card.

Maybe good for custom orders but I definitely would not walk in to this place again…. I I am 9 months pregnant and I came in craving chocolate covered strawberries as I have with other locations of edible arrangements but honestly because of the business I do I also have experience with dipping strawberries and once the chocolate starts to separate from the strawberries you can tell the strawberries are not fresh you can also tell by the bleeding of the chocolate colored to the red strawberry color I asked the lady if she had fresh strawberries she said that they just dip those today from my experience they were not but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt I got a cup of strawberries the first one she passed me I could tell we’re soft I asked her for a different strawberry or can I pick my strawberries she said no that they just dipped them today so I got another cup of strawberries that she passed me that looked a little better I bought the strawberries by the time I got next-door to the Starbucks I bent into the strawberry and it was so soft and disgusting I came back brought the strawberries back and she said she could not give me a refund because I ate them I said I did not eat them I barely even bit into one strawberry and I started pulling the chocolate off of the others so that she can see the softness I even took a video I feel like the attitude could’ve been a little better but at the end of the day they gave me my refund so I guess the only thing wasted was time

I totally get it that it's valentines day, but called multiple times with multiple voice-mail. With no response whatsoever will definitely not order from them again.

First time ordering from this location and it will be my last. I ordered an edible arrangement to be picked up at 10am on a Saturday for my father's birthday. I arrived at 10:15am and I could tell my order wasn't ready because the employee who greeted me disappeared for about 15 minutes before coming back out with my order. I was in a hurry so I went home without inspecting the whole thing. When I got home I then saw one side of my arrangement was somewhat decent but the other side was completely neglected with a lot of exposed kale and not nearly enough fruit. I went back to the store and told the employee that the arrangement was not acceptable especially since I paid $90 for it and it looked nothing like the website image. She had the audacity to tell me "well this is how we usually make them." She did offer to put extra strawberries on it, but after that comment I was done and asked for a refund.

Excellent service and quality! The chocolate covered strawberries arrived perfectly and the delivery driver was patient as we figured out how to gain access into the card only building. I'll definitely order again!

Thank you for your prompt service. A relative of my wife’s coworker passed away yesterday, and we wanted to send an arrangement as soon as we heard. The timing was tricky because the business closes early on Saturdays but this location pulled it off. It is compassion and simple gestures like this that allow businesses to thrive. Thank you again! My wife said it brought a smile to her face during this hardship.

Deliver the wrong item. Did not follow through with specific details even after it was confirmed. Drop off was a few blocks away and it took half a day to deliver. Will not be using this store again, and probably not the company either.

Wish I could leave 0 stars these people are fraud, placed my order the day before Valentine’s Day and still they never delivered 2 days later it still said your order is being prepared, I couldn’t even get a hold of anyone at the store and from what I seen on Facebook I’m not the only one who had this experience SMH…I’m surprised these guys are still in business HORRIBLE
