This was ordered for my wife as a 4th anniversary gift.I ordered:1 dozen red roses .1 single cheesecake topped with one chocolate dipped strawberry.1 dozen dipped strawberries (6 white chocolate, 6 regular chocolate).1 single preserved rose (which cost significantly more than regular rose).I received:1 dozen red roses.1 single cheesecake topped with one chocolate dipped strawberry.1 dozen dipped strawberries (12 white chocolate) (the picture, and the descriptive text on the webpage contained whit chocolate and regular chocolate 6/6 mix.1 single (wilting & non-preserved rose orange/yellow rose (the picture on the webpage was red). It clearly isn't a preserved rose because it is suppose to last longer than 24 hours.My wife received the package around noon, and immediate opened it to indulge in the strawberries, and admire her flowers. The receiver made it home around 5:30 PM and mentioned to me that she saved me a few strawberries. As I opened the box, I noticed that she saved me 4 dipped white chocolate strawberries. I asked her if the regular chocolate dipped strawberries were good, and she mentioned that there was only one color provided in the dozen (white chocolate dipped).Next, I went to inspect the flowers. (I'm glad she brought them home) The single dozen roses were red, and beautiful. The single preserved rose was clearly not preserved (as it was already wilting), and was yellow/orange in color, which was not the color presented on the website picture for that item. So, most of the strawberries were eaten by the recipient at work before the purchaser even knew what she received, and before she actually knew what her surprise actually was suppose to be. I sent a request for refund to the store, but have not received a follow-up call or message as of yet. I've been waiting for 5 days now.............I wish I would have read these reviews for this location, and not ordered this at all. What a waste for such a special day!

Do not use this location to place an order!! I ordered an arrangement to be sent to my husband at work, and I told the Edible Arrangements team MULTIPLE times that it needed to arrive by 5 pm. They promised me that they made note of it and that they would have it there on time. As the 5 pm deadline approached, I gave them a call to check on the delivery status, since I hadn't heard from my husband. They had no record of the 5 pm deadline and could not tell me that they would be able to get it there on time. The employee said "maybe, by 6 pm?" I am absolutely furious that (1) they clearly didn't note the request made for the order and (2) they could no longer fulfill the request that I paid for and that we agreed to.

ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO. I ordered an arrangement($101) to be delivered to my Mom on 7/6 for her 70th birthday. She called me the next morning(7/7) to tell me most of the fruit was mushy & the strawberries had black spots & mold. Of course her 1st instinct was to put the fruit in the trash. According to Luis Garcia(Gulf Frwy location) that was a bad idea because after I made a complaint online he called me back only to tell me there was nothing that could be done because I didn't have proof of the bad fruit. Unless Stevie Wonder made that arrangement, there's absolutely NO way the person who did make it couldn't have known that fruit was already going bad. Thanks for wasting my time & $126(total) Luis & IF I order another arrangement I'll make sure it's NOT from your store. I guess the days of "the customer is always right" are gone.

What you claim to be you’re not!These are pictures of what $259 look like! Your company basically falsely advertises a product, quality and service that is not remotely close to reality. I requested a beautiful arrangement and paid extra for the word MOM to be added on top, which did not arrive, paid for a bouquet of balloons that did not arrive and flowers doubled the flowers in a vase and I got DEAD flowers!! that’s what my mother got DEAD! flowers And on top of that no message which I added. The arrangement arrived past 7:30 PM. Thank you so much for making my Mother’s Day gift for my mother a total disaster. It was completely trash never again. Will I ever purchase anything that says edible arrangements!!!I have contacted the main office. I’m waiting for them to contact me back. I also put this comment on Twitter because you guys are disgusting. Nobody should ever waste money in purchasing from this location. You guys are a disgrace.

very late in the delivery time, and because of the time in the car, all fruits start to melt and fell from sticks.The original presentation looks like was nice, but the final delivery presentation did not represent a $125 gift.next time I guess pick up at the store its the best option, instead of delivery.

I ordered Edible arrangements to be delivered to a university ( person who works there). Strawberries were suppose to be delivered on yesterday, it was not delivered and I called to inquire today. They told me it was an issue with shipment and May not be delivered until Monday of the following week. I then was told they would refund me because at this point I want my money back. The got ahmidd stated it would take 7-10 business days for full refund. I asked to speak with a manager @ 203-774-5357 phone line, I was told management was too busy to speak with me. This is horrible!!!!

Please, do not use this location for any of your edible arrangement orders. You will be gravely disappointed! My husband ordered an arrangement of flowers and fruit for my birthday. He was so excited and kept hinting that I would be surprised on this day which is today. Now I normally do not leave reviews even if it’s bad, but I had to leave a review this time around. When the delivery driver guy first arrived, I knew it was going to be bad because when he handed my so called order to me, I knew it was not the correct order. Those flowers were hideous. Some of them were not even fully bloomed, and certainly did not even fit the description of what was on the card, bright flowers.The driver insisted that they were mine and I knew that it was incorrect. So I said OK I took the flowers, then I noticed there was a card attached to the floral bag, and that card was a get well soon card for someone named Carolyn. So that let me know that This was in fact totally wrong so I called the driver to come back. I’m glad he called me when he initially brought the stuff because that is how I was able to get in contact with him.He came back still not aware of what the bright flowers arrangement should look like. I just sent it back with him. He did call his manager. She said she would fix it and she would have it back out to me today. Well, when I got the second arrangement, it was better than the first one, but still not the correct one. I wanted to send those back too but my husband’s heart was in the right place and he was already crushed because the order was already messed up from the beginning. These people do not take pride in what They are doing here. The flowers are all bruised, lots of buds, bad flower arrangements.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I would not recommend edible arrangements especially this location to anyone. You all have been warned. I see that This is not the first bad review this location has received but this definitely is a very recent review. Please take heed to this. They simply do not care!

UPDATE:As you can see below, they do respond to their reviews, but do not do any actions on it. I called, left voicemails, reached out to the contact they left and literally zero actions. I am just 1 customer out of many and more times than not have had a decent experience. I do not trust using Edible Arrangements again because as I understand things happen, what they did with it afterwards is actually worse. I have zero respect for laziness or a lack of care for your customers and only to take money.If I could leave less than one star, I would. We ordered 3 days in advanced for the package to arrive on Valentine's Day. I'm understanding that it may be one of the busier times of years, so if it's a day late, okay. The problem is when you have 3 days in advanced to give notice that you will be late or that your package is going too late or really any ounce of professionalism or respect towards the customer. Not only was the package late, but the strawberries looked like someone grabbed a carton and dumped it onto a platter. We paid $130 for this.... First impressions are everything. I will not pay for this location ever again.

Husband ordered a Valentines day arrangement 2 weeks in advance. I barely recieved it today the 15th @ 2pm. You can honestly tell they must've forgotten it in their vehicle or something. Most of the chocolate was melted off of the strawberries and onto the bag. And the fruit was so hot it had already started releasing its juice to the bottom of the bag.The only reason why it shows like it's a little cool in the bag is because I put it in the fridge when I recieved it. Already told husband not to order from here again

Had some trouble with v-day delivery. But Mark Musa reached out to me to fix everything. He really took time to keep me updated and check on things and he assured me each step. Ordered several days in advance and did not get my order delivered. No one contacted me or notified about a delay or the fact that it outright was not getting delivered. Yet someone else did same day and got theirs before me? Don’t see how this is good business practice or customer service. I relied on them and ended up with a huge fail and no one to be able to contact. Sent a message request online, who knows when I’ll here back. Regardless this event is now past so even makes the card and gift almost irrelevant. Thanks for that!

I ordered a beautiful arrangement and received an ugly arrangement. I have posted both pictures for your reference. I don't need to explain further. All I know is that Edible Arrangements needs to do better. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED! Edible Arrangements have downgraded and I absolutely will not be using their services again!

Okay so!!
