The absolute best vet in Houston. My two cats and two dogs absolutely love Dr.Dees and Dr. Haglund and all their staff. Echo lane animal clinic goes above and beyond every time with their customer service and care for our animals. They have fit us in multiple times last minute during emergencies and had great recommendations for all different price points of surgery centers in the area when our cat needed double FHO surgery. We drive from over an hour away because they are just that great. Their prices are very reasonable too! We love them!

Love this animal clinic, super friendly staff and very attentive doctors. A little on the pricey side but they will definitely take care of your baby.

i can’t recommend this clinic enough.
The Dr. and his staff is absolutely amazing with our dogs, he is very knowledgeable and great to interact with. any time we’ve had any questions or concerns they address them promptly and make sure we are taken care of.
the last vet we had gone to was a horrible experience, so finding this one was a dream come true. they treat the animals so well and make my dogs appointments so easy.

I freaking love these people. All of them!! They are SO kind and SO patient with me and my three maniac fur babies, all of which have their very distinct high maintenance personalities. I mainly see Dr. Dee's and to say that she is thorough is an understatement. She allows you all the time you need to voice your concerns, ask your questions, and then will give you her responses with careful dedication. The front staff and techs are always welcoming and accommodating and have a great sense of humor. They are always willing to work schedule and finances and RXs. My pets are so very important to me and they know this and treat them (and me) with the respect I appreciate for being that crazy cat & dog lady!

A BIG thank you and shout outs to Leslie and Dr. Allison and all the other staff!!! This review came little late, since Life has been super crazy with me. My fur baby, Kota has been with echo lane since 2017, I switched to them from banfield. All the staff and doctors are super nice and efficient! I love their timely communication ! Due to work, we moved to Tokyo, Japan. We knew the move since summer 2022. Getting pets to Japan has been a super long and tedious process. I didn’t know much so I didn’t get an animal travel agent. But I can’t stress enough that how much echo lane has helped me with the whole way from step 1 to get Kota finally land his paws to Japan land, on Dec 13th 2023. Dr, Allison and Leslie have been extra amazing working with me to get the paperwork needed for Kota to get on board. They truly care for your fur babies. When we are back to Houston we will definitely go back to them. Sorry for the late review. I truly appreciate everything echo lane team did!Bark!

Very helpful and friendly front office and back. Everyone seems to have real genuine care for all animals that walk through their doors. Getting in is pretty easy, appointments are always best, but walk-ins are welcome. The doctors are continued learners which means your fur baby will always get the best care. Plus, they do a next day call check in, how great is that!!!

Dr. Dees and her staff are amazing as well as comforting when I brought my my lexxi to get checked out thinking it was going to be a bad day. Not only did Dr. Dees comfort me in this trying time, she also as a professional knew exactly what tests and she went above and beyond the call with her staff as well to find out the issue.

Really like both Vets and the Vet Techs! Very patient and have good energy with the dogs.
