Unbelievable excellent customer service!! I do not have an account with this bank and received above and beyond great service. Long story short I had to cash an insurance check that East West Bank was the account holders bank. I had to travel out of state to Houston due to my local bank wanting to hold the check for absurd 30 days plus. I called and spoke to the branch manager (Khan Vargas) and she confirmed the validity of my check before I traveled to Houston. Her staff was there to assist me with excellent, friendly service as I was a client of theirs for years. If I ever reside near this bank I will definitely open an account with them. First class service!
