It was a horrible experience, they are very rude and racist, they chase you out of the bank as if you were going to rob, I simply do not recommend this bank, it is disgusting.

East West Bank just helps me to cash out my investment home equity. They are very helpful and I can tell their branch people and the loan officer are very cooperative. They work together like a family. I m impressed. I feel that their team work is very close together. I am so proud of them. Especially, the loan officer, she is very patience to me. Great job !
