We moved with this company from Houston to Dallas. The truck broke down and the delivery was delayed for a day which really wasn't bad. I actually feel bad for the movers having to transfer our furniture to another truck to finish the move. The movers were polite and did a reasonable job. I made sure to tip the movers in cash departing and arriving. However, we used a credit card to charge the move that is only for emergencies which was unused for several years and within a week of the move the card started getting fraudulent charges. The move was the only time the card was used, so that was the only opportunity for the card to get exposed. Please don't trust them with your credit card as they either have crooks in their accounting department or at least they do not keep your payment details secure. Pay cash or cashier's check if you decide to use them.
