This place is horrible. Beware when paying a deposit. You won't get it back. This company keeps your deposit after the vehicle has been returned. Then they have he nerve to ask if you have a receipt proving you rented the vehicle. Unbelievable Zero star

Please stick with the bigger companies! This company is a total scam. You cant get in contact with anyone at all. They literally transfer you to a line that does not accept voicemails. It doesn't even ring. I have disputing a charge for literally two months now and can not get in contact with anyone. Lesson learned for sure. Trust me, I will NEVER use this company again and will let everyone I can know how much of a fraud/scam they are. On top of stealing money from me. They give you a dirty car with literal pieces of the car missing. Trust me, this company is not who you want to use!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Easirent in Houston, and the experience was notably positive. A special shoutout to KT & and the tall driver Chris for their outstanding service. KT was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, making the rental process seamless and enjoyable. The tall driver Chris impressed with his professional and courteous approach, ensuring a comfortable and safe shuttle experience. However, I did notice that the phone lines were often busy. To enhance their customer service even further, I suggest the company employ more staff to handle phone calls and client concerns. As an England-based company making its mark in America, Easirent's dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. Their team in Houston is a testament to their commitment to quality service. Scheduled a rental vehicle for pick up at Hobby airport. Upon arrival, I attempted to call to schedule my shuttle service to rental location. There was no answer after multiple attempts. The rental location then closed at 18:00 and I was left stranded at airport without a vehicle to get me to my destination. In result, I had to pay an exorbitant Uber fare to get me to my destination. I contacted customer service the next day to help resolve the issue as I still needed a rental vehicle. The customer service rep, was extremely unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. I tried to explain that reservation quote needed to be adjusted as I was unable to retrieve my rental the first day due to no fault of own. Service rep rudely disconnected call. This is my first time attempting to use Easirent and very disappointed in the lack of service and reliability. Would not recommend.

This company has an 'F' rating from the BBB, so renter beware. Just know that the deposit on your credit card will be held for up to 30 DAYS AFTER you have returned your car. No other car rental company does this! Also, I tried to contact customer service via email. Their company email address is BOGUS! I will NEVER rent from this company again!!

They charge locals more for mileage, additional drivers and out of state fees. Something the other big name rental companies don't do. PLEASE READ THE POLICY BEFORE YOU END UP BEING OUT IF $1500 for a $300 rental. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I RENT FROM THEM OR RECOMMEND. Things that seem to good to be true 9 times out of 10 it is!

I'd give it zero stars if that was an option- customer service is horrendous. If they answer the phone at all after 3 attempts they place your on hold for 45 minutes and then pick up the phone so you can hear employees joking around and then they hang up. When you finally get the shuttle from the airport you stand in line at their office for 25 minutes to be told to sign in on a sheet of paper. 90 minutes later sitting in their lobby I still don't have a car... I'm so glad that Priceline would recommend this absolutely terrible place to rent a car and won't refund your reservation..

Do not rent from this business! The employee who helped me was awful!! First off, there were two employees and I waited almost two before I got the car I reserved. There were literally 5 people that went ahead of me to drop off their cars. The employees let them go ahead of me everytime someone walked in. The employee that ended up helping me was so rude and a bully! He kept complaining to the other employee saying that hadn't eaten since breakfast and was hungry and in a bad mood. He was eating chips while typing and taking car of return cars. He told me to wait and it took so long!! When he finally helped me, he asked me questions about my flight and was getting irritated and impatient with me when I had to look up the information he asked me about. He didn't go over any paperwork with me. He just had me sign on an electronic pad and didn't explain anything to me. He walked away from behind the desk without saying a word to me. My cousin and me were confused on where he went. Finally I asked the other employee where he went and he said he went to get the car. We went outside and didn't see him anywhere. Then I went back inside and asked the other employee where he was because we couldn't find him. The employee just said to wait outside and he'll eventually pull up. We waited in the hot sun and when he finally pulled up, the car had water all over it. He didn't dry it. He didn't explain the car functions or how I should return the car. He didn't even do a walk around/Inspection. He just handed me the key, didn't speak one word to me, then walked away in a pissed off and irritated mood. I was so upset that I just got in the car with my cousin and we went straight to our family member's house which is very far away from The car rental office. By the time we got there, I saw some scratches on the back rear bumper of the car. I immediately called their office and no one answered. I called four times and no answer at all. Then I called the toll free customer service number three times and my call got dropped each time I called. It would say I was caller 7, then caller 8, then it rang a few times when it was my turn then the call would drop. I called today and finally got a hold of someone in customer service on the toll free line. She was also not nice and seemed annoyed. I explained everything that happened. Don't rent from here. Save yourself the aggravation and headache.

This place is a hot mess. System down for over an hour. Manager would not return to site to help with customer's problems. There were only young kids working.

The only reason I'm giving it a 1 star is because I had to in order to comment! Please beware!!!! DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT rent from them! They took my 500.00 deposit then charged my card again 2 weeks after renting the car for tolls when I was no where near tolls! I was in a Country town no freeways yet long tolls!!!! They only assumed because they called my rental local. Scammers but I am fighting them! I never was given any sort of rental agreement at all! Please don't be desperate to rent from here like I was. I had a funeral to attend and had no other choice!

My experience was awesome. Everyone was nice from the front desk in the beginning to the returning the vehicle. I have always used this rental car. The one thing I find as a negative is the return of the holding of the deposit. It needs to be put back into people accounts faster. But overall 5 Stars from me.

Ornae was wonderful. She took her time and was very nice. It was a little wait however she was able to move through the line and also prompt me to go through the pre registration.

Airport pick up was more than 30 minutes then when we got to the rental office they attempted to charge me a late fee for being late to pick up the vehicle. I rented a 8 person vehicle . I paid in full for rental and was told she knew what I rented but that's not what she had available. I explained to the attendant my necessity for the larger vehicle ,she was able to find a vehicle but I remain in this office waiting. Do not rent from Easirent. It is not worth the savings. Hertz and Enterprise are very available and have customer service standards.
