I ordered some custom booths and Katarina was great helping us get exactly what we wanted. The price for what we got was fair too.My only complaint would be with the office manager, he was pretty rude when I expressed discontent that our GUARANTEED completion date was not met (Over a month late).

It’s been 7 1/2 yrs since my 1st order with Eagle Chair. Service was great in 2012. 2016 they deliver on our 2nd restaurant with great service and quality product again. Not one issue in over 3 yrs. Product holding up great . 2017 restaurant 1 is destroyed in Harvey with 5 feet of water. Max, Paul and shop supervisor Joe deliver again with a great product and service. Even help us out being hurricane victims. Almost 2 yrs after reopening not one issue with any tables or chairs. Would I recommend these guys - All Day. Very bad experience ordering 30 chairs for a restaurant opening. The chair production was delayed and communication was never proactive from the company. I had a customer service representative, Max, (literally) yell at me saying that I was trying to “play a game with him” by requesting some sort of compensation for a week-delay on the chairs without the company letting me know. He believed that I was upset about the delay in order to try to get money out of the situation, without taking the time to understand why I was frustrated as a customer trying to open a restaurant.The company is cheap, so they hit a good price point. But expect the same in the level of customer service you will receive and don’t bank on their completion time. Perhaps they’ve been around long enough to have a comfortable customer base and they’re not keen on making new ones happy. I would suggest asking for someone else if you get connected to Max, unless you like being talked down to, ridiculed, and treated as if you interrupted his day.

I have been buying from Eagle for over twenty years. They are very old school, very honest. They will tell to your face if you are making a mistake, if they think that something might not work.Some people might think it is rude. I rather hear it now, before it costs me money, or worse. There are very few people out there that try not to sell you something you do not need. They are one of these few.The big plus visiting the showroom and the plant is the tour. If you ask and they have the time you can walk the plant.See the actual stuff being made. It is very cool to see your furniture being manufactured here, in America by American workers and craftsmen.

Dishonest company. Sent us chairs that did not match the specs they provided. They have refused to acknowledge or correct their mistake. I do not recommend ever ordering from this company.

The product they delivered is not what we ordered after providing them with specific specs. They have not been helpful in the process as we try to fix this problem.
