I have been using Mrs. Dianna Williams Thomas for 6 or 7 years and I have always been satisfied with her professionalism. I was referred to her through a friend and I definitely have not been disappointed. Tax time used to be a very stressful time of year for me. I hate filing taxes, but Mrs. Thomas makes it so much easier with very affordable prices and a vast knowledge of all things pertaining to taxes. Her high quality of work has been nothing but consistent so if you are looking for a tax professional that you can trust, I highly recommend Mrs. Thomas!

I truly wish i could leave a lower review than just 1 star. Unfortunately she has a terrible attitude, she is not friendly at all she over charges and her attitude again is terrible. She has such poor professionalism that it makes you doubt yourself to even call for any question due to the nasty response she gives you like. Went once and will never go back, she charged me 600$ for a long form income tax and trust me i doubt mind paying for good service but with a nasty attitude like that once was enough for me.

Unprofessional and when I asked for her fee schedule because I thought 375 was too much for a basic filing she refused to do my taxes and told me that I was wrong to ask. Oh I’m sorry for asking how you calculate your fees. She’s a rip off, beware.

Tell customers how they charge fees. I asked because 375 is too high for non itemized taxes and she refused to do my taxes for asking. Garbage.
