I can honestly say that this is the worst experience that I have ever had while trying to buy a car. I set there nearly 4 hours with basically no communication at all, very poor customer service. After a while, I was called into Brenda's office, when she told me that since it was a holiday coming up that the banks will be closed on Monday and that she would give me a call as soon as she was able to get in touch with somebody on Tuesday morning. Well Tuesday morning came and went I gave her a call and asked if she had an update for me, she didn't even know who I was. She promised me that she would give me a call once she found out something, well, I guess she never found out anything because I am still waiting for her call. I will never go back there nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
