Duggy's is awesome! Great staff and super knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend if you have Toyota or Lexus off-road dreams. Dan Hart was super helpful in helping me plan our my build and making my dreams a reality.Ironman Foam cell lift, Ironman Bumpers with Apex Badland 12k winch, Prinau rack, CBI sliders, Auxbeam Light Controller, 35” Nitto Ridge Grapplers on 18” Method rims.

We got a new suspension at Duggys recently and we’ll never go anywhere else for our off-roading needs. I had a strange noise appear after getting my suspension changed that we could not pin point the first couple return trips but they stuck with it and got it resolved. Shout out to Michael for dealing with my multiple call backs and seeing it through! These guys are the definition of great customer service. Thanks to all!

The guys that work for Duggy are all great guys, and I'm sure they do great work. I came by in my 80 series to meet everyone. A few months later I needed a knuckle job done on my truck. I called Duggy's as they seemed like good dudes. They gave me a quote for $2650. I know it's a laborious, gross job, but that seemed asinine.I hopped on Mud to see if anyone had any experience iwth local shops in Houston and found someone that did the job, and did it well, for $700.

Several mistakes were made, and we were really expecting a much better job for what we paid for. I was told this place did really great work, which was why it was priced at a premium compared to other shops I got quotes from. Unfortunately they forgot to do some of the work we agreed to, and then refused to do it - and also we had to get the work fixed twice in the first month. We had a heavily lop sided car and also the tire would scrape against the wheelhouse.

Duggys is the best in the business! Michael has helped me every step of the way and even recommended against certain modifications (saved me money!) bc he really custom tailored my build based on my needs. Their customer service is top notch and 5 stars for every single employee I have had an interaction with. I had to bring the rig in for some minor tweaking until they got her really dialed in and they went above and beyond to work around my schedule to get it done via Uber and loan vehicles. Someone from Lexus service department always asks me where I had my work done every time I bring my GX for maintenance and just last week my service guy was telling me they had a GX in the shop they're having trouble with a bunch of error codes related to improper air suspension delete and that guy did not get his lift installed by Duggys! I will be a lifelong customer and this will not be my last build with Duggys!

I recently brought my Tundra to Duggy’s for several suspension issues. They identified all of the problems within a short time and the shop manager brought me three different options for repairs. It took about 4 days to get all of the parts in and the guys had the old worn out ProComp lift replaced with a new Ironman lift within a couple days. Great work, and they kept me updated on progress throughout the repairs. These guys know Toyotas, and I’ll bring mine back to them next time I need some work done.
