Horrible experience with the service department. I have had my maintenance appointment scheduled for a few days now and I get a call this morning, saying that I have been double booked and that I have to reschedule.The staff I spoke to was not able to give clear explanation when I asked why they weren’t able to catch their mistake days earlier. However, they are able to tell me that I am the one that has to reschedule because I’m the second one to book at the same time. It makes no sense, you can see that I’m second but you couldn’t see that a few days ago when I scheduled my appointment that it was double booked. Its actions like this and lack of customer accommodation due to your system failures that make me regret ever doing business with your company.

I had a great experience with Tu Do when I decided to upgrade my 2015 Corolla to the newer model. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the features and differences between the models, which helped me make an informed decision. Tu was patient, professional, and never once pressured me into making a quick choice. The entire process was smooth, and he made sure I got the best deal possible. First, the window tanned screens was applied improperly, I did it bring it back but it still not right, many annoying bubbles still showing….need to have at lease two seperate trips only for this…other than that I had an incredible experience purchasing my SIENNA XLE from Don McGill Toyota Houston, and I owe a huge thank you to Effie Chen! From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Effie made me feel welcomed and understood. Her expertise and knowledge about the Tundra were impressive, and she answered all my questions with patience. I really appreciated her ability to explain the features in detail, making it easy for me to decide on the right truck for my needs. Effie was attentive and never pushy, which made the whole process enjoyable. Thanks to her, I drove away with a car I absolutely love! Highly recommend!

The service department at Don McGill Toyota always exceed expectations. I have a 2013 Prius that I have been taking there since I bought it. The staff are always courteous and are looking for ways to save me money while keeping my car running smoothly and efficiently for 200-300 thousand miles. They do not try to sell what I don’t need. Recently I needed a new tire and although they looked at sale options (BOGO 3/1) they honestly determine I should wait another 5000 miles. Special shout out to Christian who was my advisor this time
