Lady with the dreads is very rude! Almost ran into me with the dolly she was pushing while I was standing on the isle. Then my daughter asked was she going to ring her items up she ignored her and was laughing with the employees about how she doesn’t write anyone up! Unprofessional!!!

This a great store when it 1st open, convenient eSy in and out. Now it's a hot mess, I hate to shop here, I have literally walked in and turned and walked out.

Pulled up on the lot at 7:40 to grab washing powder after working all weekend. The young lady locks the door and denies me service. 3/26/2023. I thought this location closed at 8pm, not 7:40

The store at 13222 Cullen Blvd, Houston, TX 77047 is a MESS! Merchandise all over the floors. A tripping g hazard on every isle. It's very sad. Just because the store is located in the hood that doesn't mean it has to look the way that it does. I took pictures. I hope that someone contacts me from Dollar Tree Corporate office, so I can email them the pictures.

I’m left to assume this store does not have management at all! Every single aisle is a MESS! The store is filthy! The cashier was pleasant, but the store is not managed! Every aisle and even some shelf has boxes EVERYWHERE.. on pallets, on the floor, everywhere!

It's so terribly disheartening to see how the Dollar Tree stores in minority neighborhoods are kept. We patron these establishments and this is the level of respect that they show us. I frequent the location on Yale, and the difference is night and day. Dollar Tree management as well as their staff at this location have a lot of work to do to bring the store up to par. Meanwhile, I for one will not spend my money at this location.
