Brought my daughter to get an eyelash curler at 8:50 pm they close at 9:00 pm, but had the door locked already and the guy inside waved his finger at my daughter like nope can’t come in. So I pulled up to the front door called them tang no answer of course. So I got out and went to the door and they didn’t even acknowledge me. I said really loud it’s not 9:00 pm we need 2 eye lash curls for my daughter come one let me us in that’s messed up. They didn’t even look at me. So totally rude I get u want to go home but 19 mins early is a bit extra. I gave my dad a customer service we could enclose until it was closing time. That’s the problem there is no customer service anywhere of these days and no repercussions for anyone’s actions. It’s absolutely disgusting..

Poor customer service.
5/21/ 24 : The guy with his glasses(Tristan) is so rude and calls me impatient for calling him to register.
He didn't even greet me.
Will never come back to this store.

3/15/24: They finally had the cooler case repaired and filled after being broken down for several months, and some pinhead employee decided to park their carts stacked with stock right in front so that it was difficult to access the products inside. And of course, they had only one register open at 4:30 PM with fifteen customers in line.
Is it any wonder DT just announced the closure of almost 1000 of their stores? Likely because of poorly managed locations such as this one.

I went in today looking for treat boxes, but I couldn't find them. An employee, Sandra, was stocking in one of the isles, so I proceeded to ask her for help in looking for these boxes. She turned around with this look on her face like I was bothering her and told me they were in the next isle over. I asked her where exactly and she said, on the top. She NEVER stopped what she was doing to help and was rude for no reason! I really don't understand why people get these type of jobs in which they have to deal with customers, but act like they hate their job. Needless to say, I did not find what I was looking for and I just walked out. ??

I usually don’t do reviews but MS.SANDRAis literally the best , she touched my heart like no other . Firstly EVERYTIME I come in she’s always working but when she hears me speak she stops & says heyyyy . But today was different she stopped me & gave me some kind words & a HUG that I’ve been needing for a while !! Thanks you ms Sandra . You’re an amazing person inside and out and I hope to see you around for many years to come !!! May god bless her !!

Obviously good prices. But this location is wild. You can hardly walk down the isles. And One register open. Employee's are friendly.
