I had such a positive experience in this store. Maria, Manger and her team were nothing short of amazing. I had a small situation and I lost something so tiny and even one came together without complaining and to help me find it. I am forever grateful for everything that was done this morning Maria because you and your team went over and beyond and didn’t have too. Also, it’s some of the cutest Fall items here! I will never return to this horrible store, the customer service is terrible, it is the second time I have gone and the cashier (Nelly) does not have change, not even for 10 dollars, in addition to the terrible customer service, the disorder in this store is horrible, never again. I will set foot in this store again they have definitely lost a customer

This store is very well managed!!! Fully stocked, I previously shopped at the store near Westheimer and Eldredge, However it's a poorly managed store. They really need help!!!

Place is organized but the employees that work the isles putting away inventory don’t know nothing so stop asking all they are is robots ? all they say is it hasn’t came in when it’s on the rack they are putting stuff up really manager train your employees!

Very disappointed with the rudeness I experienced. I tried not to overreact but apparently at this location no matter how long the line is the workers just cut customers in line and they said that is ok they can do that. Very rude and nonchalant!!! I will never give this location my business again!!
