This store is so dirty, might be the dirtiest in Houston. The staff is not friendly at all, nor are they helpful. The only employee that will help is the cashier, that is because they don't have the self checkout.

I went to dollar tree during my lunch break as it usually not too crowded. Today, however the assistant manager Elizabeth made my experience unpleasant. I got in line to pay and there were already 4 people in front. Adriana I think she said was helping a customer with balloons. She ran the bell for assistance when Elizabeth came up very rudely and asked her what she wanted. By now the line was probably 12 people. Adriana asked for help and she told her she was in the back and she had the door open and left. Adriana finally got to the register and rang for help again after 10 minutes. This time Elizabeth came up with an attitude but got on the register. I did let Elizabeth know that next time she is asked for help and sees a long line of customers to help. She told me she was the manager and I guess that's her excuse but that should be the reason why she should help. She is not a pleasant person and definitely not manager material. Kudos to Adriana for keeping it together checking out everyone as quickly as possible.

It’s 7:28 and they are closed on a Sunday. This store hours show until 9:00pm online this is ridiculous.

Bad service I always make deposits and it turns out that the manager doesn't know how to do it and she didn't want to make a deposit for me, I don't know how I got to that position

The manager there was very rude to me and my family I am not sure if it was a male or female it was dresses as a female she cursed at me and my family calling us names refused service after we tried to get help from her. She/he is lucky I was with my mother or I would have escalated the situation. That thing should not be a manger anywhere. She was very aggressive and acted as if it owned dollar tree. Very gettoh and she disgusted me with her attitude. Dollar tree hires anybody from the streets

By far the slowest dollar tree. Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Only two cashiers. Lines were extremely long. I stood in line for over 20 minutes. Aweful customer service. I believe the issue is they had a ladies first day working register so she didn’t know how to work the register. Terrible decision on the company. And the store was extremely unorganized
