I recently visited Dollar Tree and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. The employee in question displayed a rude and disrespectful attitude throughout my visit. Not only did they talk about customers in a derogatory manner, but they also seemed to believe that customers couldn't understand them. This behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer service setting.
I value respectful and courteous service when I shop, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I hope that Dollar Tree addresses this issue promptly to ensure that all customers receive the level of service they deserve.

The girl working there was anger and rude because we return some stuffs, she payed us twice then when i reviewed the receipt and understood what she did and asked her for our money she talked to us very badly,rudely with avery anger face.when I asked for her name no one help us

I went to this Dollar tree and it looks like a tornado ripped through the store. A lot of the shelves are empty and everything is out of sorts.

Workers always close the store before business hrs end! They don’t like to be here and it shows but that’s not the customers problem store closed at 8:15

This dollar tree location needs to be hiring. An older light-skin Black man with black & (mostly) gray hair was very nasty to me today for absolutely no reason related to me. When I walked in, he was arguing with another employee about him having to stay a full day alone in the past, and then he made some ignorant comments about women. When my friend & I approached the register, he threw the divider onto belt and looked everywhere but at us. Then I asked him a question and he proceeded to answer me, with the same response, at least 6-7 times. In an effort to diffuse such a nasty interaction, I walked away and as I did so, he continued to make comments & throw a fit. If dollar tree thinks cheap products means cheap personalities, both that employee and the corporation are wildly mistaken. Do better. And it’s always a mess in there. Figure it out & improve, or face future failure. If I am subject to such a destitute and obnoxious behavior again, I will be certain to call corporate next.

I had the most unpleasant experience from Employee/cashier Wanda ( unless she lied abt her name, she’s the older overweight blk Lady with a bunch of large moles on her face) she was loud and obnoxious whn I asked her abt ordering balloons. She was belittling the store manager whom was helping me infront of the whole store. Too many bad vibes I just ended up walking out.

Manager was rude and unhelpful. They are on as an authorize user for Lili. She didn’t even take the time to listen to what I have to say. She just said we don’t do that here.

He's was being racist he was mad we dropped a sponged and he was screaming at us we was scared and we will never come back ever again! And the store was messy!! Poor costumer service! If you don't like your job look for something else! Sad we had to experience this today in a good day! STORE NUMBER #4763 Location (9523 Westheimer Rd Houston TX 77063-3369)
