The manager Tomas stands around while the only register open is 10 customers deep. He was very unhelpful when asked if an item was in stock

I just came here at 8:57 and she didn’t let me get in. She said it’s close but it’s close at 9 PM.

This one star is not because of the store or staff. I love Dollar Tree, but I just wanted to get attention on this review.
Today,10/19/2024 around 3 pm , when I walked to the aisle with stuff animals in it, I saw a lady, wearing pink jacket and pant and pig black purse, she was stealing stuff and putting in her purse.
As soon as she saw I'm looking at her, she walked out of the store.
I was shocked and didn't know how to react 😳.
I really appreciate this store and staff hard working but I think they need to have a person to check the receipts or at least not let anyone come in with a big bag or purse.
I don't understand why people should steal anything.
Please take care of this business. 🙏

I Was Just Followed and Harrassed by a mentally ill drug addict at this Location!! The Store Clerk was Aware this woman was following and threatening Me!! Instead of Calling A Manager and 911, after the 2nd Time, This Crazy Drug Addict Phyically Ran Up in My Face!! The Store Clerk POLITELY asked Her To Leave!! And She Literally Ran Past Her At Me!! Thank God I'm Educated Enough to Know a Mentally I'll Drug Addict, Because I Let Her Live Today!!! Next Time She Won't Be So Lucky and Bought 2 Knives, To Walk Out the Door to My Car for Safety!! Because I'm Licensed To Carry, And MY Protection Was Under My Car Seat!!! FIRE THE STORE CLERK AND RETRAIN IGNORANT PEOPLE HOW TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS SAFE!!! ONLY GOD SAVED HER TODAY!!!🤬🤬

Today we were served by a sweet girl named Amber. I would like everyone in that place to be like her. She always has a very good attitude to serve. Keep it up, you do it very well even though I don't speak English. She tries to speak Spanish to give me and me good service. My husband left delighted, thank you for being so sweet.
