Do NOT, I repeat, Do NOT use this fraudlant company. They will show one charge but not explain or just charge you an upgrade fee and not tell you. Horrible customer service. Buyer beware. Move on to the next!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

Slow service. Dollar has you fill everything out online to speed up service, but once you get there you’re at the end of a long line of people with and without reservations . Then they ask for the same thing you did on line. Reserved a Jetta and got a Honda. Car was clean and counter person was friendly.Return check in was simple and easy.The shuttle driver Ricardo was excellent! Others could learn from him.

Preregisted on line. Waited in line at rental company for 1.5 hours. Returned rental 2 hours early. They checked the car in 12 hours later. Charged late fee and extra day. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Hint take pics of car dash board and car itself so you can prove any damage , millage and has.

The last two times I have visited Houston, I made the mistake of renting cars from this place. Most recently, I was there in January with my children. We had lots of plans to explore Houston over several days, getting a start as soon as we got our car. Both times I visited, the wait for a car was more than 2 hours. It is unbelievable to me that these people cannot plan well enough to ensure that there will be cars available. I don't think my experience was just a fluke either, as both of my trips were separated by more than a year. This place obviously can never get its act together. I am writing this review now as I am planning to be in Houston in a couple of weeks and need a rental car. They are, by far the cheapest option at the airport. There is a reason for that, however. AVOID at all costs, unless you want to save a buck and wait hours for a car!

The workers are nice however there isnt anyone working so be prepared to wait and 2+ hrs to get a vehicle. Idc how much more the other company is, book through someone else. This company is aweful.

The car was rented to me. I promise you it came straight from the junk yard. Dollar should be ashamed for allowing rentals to go out like that. Dirty, nasty, and funky. But the young lady who assisted me was amazing.

Note: I booked online days ahead, as well preregistered all my information prior to my arrival (3/29/24)*The ride from the airport was good.*6-8 customers in front of me in line upon my arrival, 2:45p*~3:45p I'm being helped (the lady is polite and professional)*After 5pm I receive my vehicle.More than 2hrs wait time after any flight is not pleasant. Dollar system is broken. I will not rent here again..

Horrible service... dont book here unless you plan on getting there 2 hours earlier just to leave at on time! (As on the time you scheduled to pick your vehicle up)....
