Excellent manager graycy since this manager there is more order because people were used to doing what they wanted and for a while I looked at how a couponer ever sandoval wanted to grab a car that the manager was using to supply and eve outskirts wanted it disrespecting the manager there is k respect for k aiga respect and he still puts his bad comment you can't go to a store aser lok ati you just feel like it xk you are a very bad customer of him I hope they are more managers like that k they put them in their place

The "manager" at this store has a mess everywhere. She was very rude and disrespectful. I questioned her about being disrespectful and she answered with "I am not an employee here I am the manager and boss here". Seems like she needs a reality check from the real boss.

I came into the store and wanted to purchase cleaning supplies with the coupons already snipped. I went to the register and this young Hispanic guy checked out everything. None of my stuff was discounted. I asked the rep why he said he doesn't know with an attitude. I told him can call his manager up to help me, he got another attitude, breathing hard, and spoke to the manager in Spanish to come to front. He slammed my items to the ground and waited for his manager to come to the tront for her to turn the key to delete my transaction out of the system. The Hispanic rep said under his breathe get out of here nigga! The manager, Gracie, came to the front of the store and was not helpful as well. She did not know what to do and i asked her to call her manager so that l can get my items matched like the coupons states she said no. No one was able to assist with me the time was now 9:45pm, the Hispanic guy proceed to lock the door before closing hours. I was not mean or rude to anyone i just wanted a solution. I asked for the area manager information, The manager Gracie said to call the 1800 number and would not give me no information. i was contacted by the area manager sally @615-390-3864. Gave her the coupons to honor and told her about the situation, still nothing is resolved. This location is the closest one to my house. I will never go here again and be treated as such.

The only complains are the baggers in front the store and inside. I went inside and the guy asked me about money. It happened only once so far but there should be a security inside the store not allowing baggers in store.

Serves its purpose . . . Very cluttered. Overworked, underpaid, no benefits and no hazard pay equal rude customer service . . . What you do . . . Keep shopping there . . . Awesome decorations and nicknacks . . .

I have always had a good impression of Dollar General's customer service, but this time I had a very lousy (female) cashier. first he was on the phone the whole time, I the client was waiting for him to finish watching his videos so he could pay. when he attended me he did not let me put my phone number for my DG coupons. She with a bad attitude and always on the phone. So I told him that I had coupons from DG and that I needed to put in my phone number and he responded very badly, yelling at me and making very ugly faces at me. So I asked her something else and she started yelling at me... I told her that I worked as costumer service and that she had a bad attitude. I left everything in the cart and I grabbed my two babies and left. When I went to the door, the door was closed and I couldn't go out. the same cashier opened the door and saying things. I said “thank you for your good customer service…” and left. I hope that Dollar General takes it into account because we go to the store to buy and what we need is good Service.

The employees play extremely loud rap music with no respect for the elderly, children, or religion. The cashiers are slow, rude, and unwilling to help you locate an item on the floor. This is the worst store I’ve been in and needs a complete overhaul when it comes to employees.

Slow cashier. Cashier be having conversation with a customers. Always talking and not working accurate. Holding up the line. Not stocking the shelve period.

Went to get birthday balloons for my niece and they didn't have a lot of variety of those they have them all displayed but they only had like 3 out of the eighth they displayed. other than that the ladies that worked in the store was really nice and tried to help me out as much as possible

We had an accident at their store fell and broke a rib and we cannot get the dollar general with management person to call us back so we're gonna have to hire a lawyer and I am going to do so on Monday and they're going to pay a lot more than a hospital visit doctor visit and pain and suffering they think because they don't have a camera outside that there wasn't any witnesses or pictures taken and they are wrong
