Please do not shop here they had the flavored water packets on sale for 2/1.00 and it rang up 1.75 and she refused to give it to me the cashier Jackline Reyes and than I asked to speak to a manager and Darian collwood walked up and addressed himself as a manager and started laughing at me and wouldn’t help me said it was not his problem and laughed me off when I got home I called to get there names and he hung the phone up on me the most disrespectful customer service I have ever seen knowing is it happened to them and there ghetto selves they would have wanted it at that price as well

Don’t go an hour before closing otherwise the employees complain about you being in the store. They’re not shy of expressing that out loud or in your face.

Staff literally sits in front of the camera during their entire shift. It’s weird bc there’s so much to do and take care of at this location in particular. I’ve been going to this DG for 2 yrs now and they have yet to get some type of structure in place for all their inventory. Making shopping here extremely confusing and frustrating. You’ll find a clearance section with everything jumbled up which is like ok but atleast take the time to price the items or put a sign if ur that lazy to price each item stating a certain percentage off retail price. Then staff has the audacity to get upset when u ask them for a price check for clarification. I had a lady curse me out for asking her to help me find something it was completely inappropriate not to mention unprofessional. I asked to speak w her manager and she stated she was the manager. YIKES. They’ll be mad that ur taking them away from ur watching the security camera playing detective. Super weird that they chose this occupation w so much investment in investigating to catch a thief maybe they get more praises out of management rather than maintaining a decent clean space. It’s definitely by far the WORST Dollar General I’ve been to.

The customer service was wonderful. Prices are reasonable. There's not a bunch of selection to choose from fr each basic item but they are good brands. At my time of visit the store was slightly messy and unorganized but you would kinda expect that in retail.
