Do you guys ever answer the phone been calling since 7pm I know you are not that busy

An employee was stopping people at 8:55pm at the door saying that they closed at 9pm and no more customers were allowed to shop....things have totally changed, people were not stopped until 9pm in the past.....guess employees have better things to do thank to work until its closing time

Rude worker who works in the back a female of course. Looks homeless and acts like she owns the store ?? I asked for something nicely and she was very rude.
