Your loyalties have no place in this shop.A regular since 2017, enjoying a few purchases a year prior to travels (vapes for the smoke-free areas).Broken (like falling apart with the inner batteries showing) 24$ Esco Bar and immediately brought it back, the elderly, short owner man acts like I’ve never been there before. Acts like I’m crazy for even asking for an exchange.Being human counts AND if a cheap 24$ vape that YOU sold a loyal customer is more valuable than consistent business, well, ciao!Never had an issue before now but will be taking my few hundred a year across the street to BC.

This is the best tobacco store in Houston. I didn't have enough money to buy a box of tubes. The woman was so nice. She paid for the tubes herself and she told me I didn't have to pay her back. I will definitely pay her back and I want to thank her for being so nice. The world needs more people like her.
